A good agency. I did all the visa and visa extension papers here: they treated me very well. The cost is acceptable and in line with the other agencies in the area. The staff is very kind and friendly: we are on WhatsApp for any eventuality and are very helpful. I highly recommend it!

Great experience, fast service, friendly staff. I needed my passport delivered fast due to forgetting to pick it up before leaving and they delivered it promptly with no charge!

It might not be the cheapest agency, but they are well worth the money. Excellent communication and service. And most important i got the passport back in time for my future endeavors outise of Bali.

Needed a fast VOA extension and the service was great! The pickup and deliver service allowed us to keep enjoying the holidays while the burocracy was taken care of. There was only one 10min visit to the immigration office and nothing more.

I used bali prime agency to get my visa extended and everything worked out perfectly. I felt like everything was explained to me well and Ilda was so helpful and answered all my questions. I have used Bali Prime Visa Agency on two separate visits to Bali now, and both times everything went flawlessly and extremely smooth! They are so kind, very prompt with all communication, organized, and I trusted them from the moment I walked in the office:)

From handing over my passport I felt I was in good hands, even though in another country that can be a bit scary. They took care of everything for me, and as I did it far in advance of my visa expiring I did the 'slowest track' though it was easy and all was set up in a timely manner. When I did go to the immigration office it was nice to have a friendly face there to greet me, explain what I needed to do (in English), and have for reference while there. I really appreciated all the help, and on top of that they hand delivered my passport back to me after the process to my hotel in Canggu - just one less thing I needed to do.

Bali Prime handled my social visa and four extensions. They were very nice and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. It helped that they have multiple locations, since I moved around Bali for most of my stay.

Our recommendation is to not use this company. See below:

We recently engaged Bali Prime VISA agency and had vetted them off their reviews, however now RE reading those reviews, most appear fake which is also reflected when you click and see who the people are who left that review.

Loathed to write such a negative review however.

We contacted this firm, advised our dates and arranged to meet to hand over our payment and make the agreed payment.

Elsa met us and was nice enough, however the unease started to occur when the price suddenly jumped and the service deliverable changed. All the sudden there would be a time issue even though we were 12 days out from needing the extension yet over 25 days left in Bali. We were then advised that we needed to pay almost 50% more to have the process fast tracked. We understand coming into Christmas can be busy however we were advised that unless we paid for the fast track, we would not get our passports back until after we were meant to leave Bali.

We questioned their motives and was told that we do not have to use them, however given the time frame they advised we did not have much choice other than to pay them more to fast track. Begrudgingly we agreed and prayed it would be easier from this point.

It was not.

We booked in with Elsa to meet at immigration. Wanting to get there early given we had 3 kids, Bali Prime did not get out of bed until 11am.

On the Morning of our appointment, I confirmed our meeting time again and was told “yes, 11am”.

When we arrived - there was no one there. We called Elsa and was told “1pm” despite our confirmed booking. We then were given another 2 numbers to call - both of these numbers had no idea who we were and had no appointment booked with us.
THEY SAID 11am was fine. We travelled 1.5hrs to get there.

Our alarm bells were ringing as someone had our passports.we got back onto Elsa and demanded this be sorted immediately however still I was told to call someone else - they had totally dropped their Responsibilities and did not care at all. We called as many people as we could to try and resolve this and finally reached one of their partners friends who was around immigration.

He did zero. Nothing. Zip. Zilch.

We got the receipt from immigration that our passports had been lodged and took that to the photo booth, had our photos and then left.

Bali Prime did nothing and could not care, other then to get as much money as possible from people.

We raised our concern and fear with Elsa, who really didn’t care either. She just puts it back on us that we could have backed out - whilst true and in hindsight we should have - we were held hostage to the notion we would not have been able to leave Bali in time.

Even though we did most of the work, they still charged full price.

Service = terrible

We now have our passports back, and paid what we consider extortion to get them.

Again I really didn’t want to write a bad review however if you are looking to get your Bali visa extended, do not use this company. There are so many more reputable places that you can use.

I wish everything was this easy! Perfect experience. Super simple. No paperwork. And only had to go to Imigrasi once! Worth every penny. I totally appreciated the delivery to where I’m stay too! Thank you so much!
