Easy process. They sort everything out for you. Quite pricey but it saves going to the immigration office 3 times and wasting a chunk of hours.

Super happy with them whole visa renewal process. We contacted them via WhatsApp, got and answer immediately, they came to pick the passports form our home and also dropped them back (even though we were a bit far away from their office) and everything included in the initial fee.
