Stay in royal suite was a great time.i love the room so big and a very comfortable round sofa make you feel lazy to go anywhere.feeling so relaxing to be here

Stay here during new normal, very different with the firrst time we came at September survey hotal.
Hotel room big, with small kitchen, living room, toilet, and bathup, room dark not enough room at night, bathroom dirty, may be long time no one stay, breakfast they send to room, we didnot take pic,

Incredible value for money.we was staying for one night during pandemic, room is very spacious with living room and small kitchen. Although lift and hot water is not operable because of pandemic, it is still an unbelievable price.

Tempatnya nyaman tapi harus ada perbaikan kamar secara bertahap, sebab ada gantungan baju kamar mandi tdk ada (rusak), menu sarapan pagi lumayan, kolam renang air agak keruh, lokasi hotelnya tdk jauh dng jalan nusa dua ramai dan banyak kuliner.

Waooww kamarnya luas bangett, kamar mandinya apalagi, bisa dipake tidur kyknya.hehhehee.staffnya ramah ramah.terima kasih amaroossa bali

Letak hotel sangat pas untuk suasana tenang, jauh dari keramaian kota, tapi masih terjangkau jika mau mengunjungi tempat wisata terfavorite sekitarnya cukup hitungan menit saja menggunakan kendaraan, kamar hotel luas, lengkap dengan balcony dan pemandangan yang indah, breakfast sangat enak, room service harga terjangkau, yg paling mengesankan pelayanan dari staff yang sangat ramah, thank you amaroossa

Very good staff. They are very polite and helpfull. The service is quick and responsive. There are room for improvements like the tap in our room was faulty although they sent a person to fix it but that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Also the lighting in the room is a little dim (it was for us, may differ for others). The rooms are spacious. Extremely lovely people.

Serem woiii toilet jorok.shower berkarat.suasana horor.jam 10 listrik luar udh dimatiin.handuk penuh noda sangat tidak layak pakai.ewhhh.bangunan udh tua tp ga direnov.haduh.jam 6 gelap2an keluar kamar.busettt.trs waktu sarapan, gue minta omelet katanya dibatasin jd ga bs.dan ga lama kmudian wkt ada bule dtg malah ditawarin omelet.ini hotel milih2 ya buat ngelayanin orang!? PARAH!
cukup deh skali aja.apes bgt gue pernah ksana.jangan sampe ada yg ngalamin kayak gue deh.zonk bgt.

Breakfast nya parah banget, butter harus minta, telur juga harus minta gak ready. Masakkan nya tidak enak. Untuk sandal kamar pun tidak disediakan by request. Swimming pool nya kotor, air nya butek. Untuk kamar so far ok, luas. Pelayanan not bad walaupun tidak puas. Tetapi tetap terima kasih. Mihon dijaga dan dikembangkan lebih baik hotel nya

Hotel nya padahal bagus & punya potensi. Tapi kurang terawat. Selain itu pilihan makanan breakfast nya terlalu sederhana

Kamar luas, nyaman, ada private pool juga. Makanan pagi enak (buat lidah saya). Yang agak kurang cuma satu, aksesnya masuk ke dalam hotel kurang baik, penerangan jalan minim, lokasi juga kurang strategis, krn agak jauh ke pusat keramaian. Selain satu hal itu, semuanya sangat OK untuk hotel ini.

The refrigerator is not cold and is not smells good.

The description of in room facilities didn't match.
On the agoda, they write there a microwave, iron, bathrobes in my room.
But in the fact, there's no that facilities in my room.

The Best banget pokoknya. Tempat memang terpencil, jauh dr kuta. Tapi harga murah banget.setara suite room budget guesthouse. Bersih dan sarapanya enak

Hotelnya lembab, model pencahayaannya temaram, kualitas airnya jelek, rasa airnya payau, furniture & bagian2 ruangan yg dari besi banyak yg karatan mungkin karena kandungan airnya. Menu sarapan biasa saja

The price is cheap but there are alot of problems when i booked this hotel. First thing first the AC cant be turn on. Second i already arrived at 12.00 and they said that i need to check in at 2.00 but i still dont get the key till 2.40. Third the lift so smelly and last the room it self i think its little bit dirty

Lumayan lah, hotel yg memadai fasilitasnya, cuman kamar yg saya dapat waktu itu, ac nya berubah menjadi panas dihari kedua saya menginap, sangat panas

Comfort place.i like to stay here.have a balcony for smoking.the food is great.and bed is big can for 2 adult.one for kid.

Tempat bagus, tenang, jauh dari kebisingan, nyaman, kamar bersih, fasilitas cukup lengkap dengan bathtub dan balcony, safebox, chanel tv, fridge, ac, air panas semua berfungnsi dengan baik, staff ramah, restoran staff juga ramah, makanan breakfast enak dan variatif, sedikit lambat dalam refill makanan brrakfast mungkin karena banyaknya guest juga yang makan berbarengan,

Cozy hotel. A good place to stay. Quite. Far from the main road.
Near to jimbaran seafood restaurant. And also not far from airport.
Uluwatu beach also one step away only.
Good price n nice big room.
