In general, the hotel is not bad. We rented 2 rooms, 207,208.
There was no refrigerator in room 208, the air conditioner cooled well. The 207 had a refrigerator, but the air conditioning worked poorly. The rooms are worn out in some places, but you can see how the hotel tries and takes care of them. Cleaned up every day. The beds were very comfortable for us and we slept well. The bathroom in the room is comfortable, the water is not very hot, but very comfortable. Threesome breakfasts. The pool looked dirty and cloudy in places but some people were swimming, we weren't. Even my child said that the pool was dirty and did not go into it, although she loves to swim very much.
The staff is friendly.
Overall a solid 4! The main thing is that we got enough sleep in this hotel after long walks around Bali! Thank you.

Hotel dengan harga yang terjangkau dan pelayanan prima di Nusa Dua Bali. Akses dekat dengan jalan By Pass Ngurah Rai. Staffnya sangatlah ramah terutama Mas Rizki dan Mbak Laras. Semua staff helpful. Terimakasih

During my stay at Amaroossa Suite Hotel I felt very comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly, courteous and attentive. The restaurant staff, especially Mrs. Sri, is always in a good mood, friendly and provides excellent service. Mr. Dode also always provided excellent cooking. The food was always a delight. Baru ini nginap di Hotel, AIR nya MATI, saat breakfast, NASI nya tidak Matang. Kolam renang nya kotor.

Saya stay di tanggal 31 Juli 2023 untuk satu malam di kamar Suite with Private Pool di kamar 102.
Saya check-in sekitar pukul 19: 00 WITA. Saat check-in saya sudah kecewa dengan kamarnya karena tidak seperti di foto. Banyak stain di sofa dan bahkan ada laba laba di dinding hotelnya. Bau linen apek, guest supplies seperti sandal, gantungan baju, kimono bahkan tidak ada dan petugas mengatakan jika itu based on request. Membayar dengan harga 1,1 juta (harga direct) tidak worth it sama sekali!
Kami terpaksa untuk cancel floating breakfast karena kolam sangat kotor. Itu yang terburuk, kami bahkan tidak berenang sama sekali.
Saat memanggil petugas kolam, dia bahkan hanya menyaring dedaunan saja tanpa memvakumnya sama sekali.
Pilihan breakfast hanya ada indonesian, american dan continental. Pada saat menyajikan makanan, waitress langsung meninggalkan nampan di atas meja dan langsung pergi.

Kepada bapak Made Adi, saya menuliskan review ini berdasarkan pengalaman stay kami yang sebenarnya sebagai bahan tinjauan untuk kedepannya. Persiapan kamar untuk kedatangan tamu sangatlah kurang. Jika kami tahu kondisi seperti ini, kami akan membuat reservasi kamar tanpa kolam renang pribadi yang harganya 1/2 dari harga yang kami bayarkan.
Sangat mengecewakan!

Its one of the good hotel for your comfortable stay.its little bit in interior and overall room service wise its looks ok ok.you can not experience a quick room service. You may not find otherthings nearby hotel. If you have your own transport then only it will be a good call to stay here.

Kaget karena Harga nya murah fasilitas wah! Dapet harga 400rb di hotel bintang 4 itu gokil! Terbaik. Daerah Jimbaran, area Bypass Ngurah Rai.sangat sangat rekomendasi!

Kasih 4 bintang dulu, semuanya perlu mantenance. Hotel lama, kamar luas pake banget untuk type standar. Apa kabar type suite. Harga nya memang murah untuk kamar Segede itu. Lokasi di bukit sepertinya. Jalan agak nanjak.

Rooms are excellent like 4 star
Spacious and comfortable.
The location is close to the airport so when we enter or exit Bali, best place to take in. You have Nusa Dua Beach which is 6km in a cab.

Only problem is the quality of food is so bad. Breakfast doesn't have a vegetarian option and cleanliness is not there in the restaurant.

Stayed here for 1 Night at suite room, the place is Good and quiet, room is Big, the AC is working good, they have balcony, big toilets, And fast wifi.
But we don't get Sandals, the small refrigerator looks sad, the bathtub water is not hot enough, and the room is a bit dusty, and too bad I'm calling the room service at 21.40 o'clock and no one answer it, well that's all.

Semuanya ok, cuman perlu extra perawatan gedung dan kamarnya agar lebih ekstra diperhatikan, untuk makanannya disaat berakfast kenapa kebanyakan kandungan karbohidrat nya ya, ada mie GR, nasi putih, nasi goreng, dan kentang goreng, satu sayuran, satu mix veg.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Its 1 hour from airport. Nearby beach restaurants and main market. Rooms are big enough with not so elegant washrooms. Food is okay okay. It has 24/7 supermarket nearby. You can easily book cabs and bike taxi. Food delivery too is available. Spa around this hotel is quite expensive. Better to book with hotel only they have spa facility too on appointment basis. It has nice bar menu. On weekends they provide attractive deals. Contact me for local tour guide or any other query.

First of all, the room are quite large.
Tapi kotor, kolam renangnya keruh banget, saya booking 5 hari disini tapi tidak ada keinginan untuk berenang karena lihat airnya keruh.
Buat yang suka tempat sepi, tempat ini cocok banget.
Makanannya kurang bervariasi, 5x breakfast 4 di antaranya menunya ayam.
Petugas cleaningnya kurang oke, kamar gk di sapu cuma dirapihin kasurnya aja, sampe harus minta tolong disapu.
Hotel ini ketolong sama staff reseptionisnya yang ramah.

Place is far from typical touristy location. However, hotel compensates for this shortcoming thro their excellent staff services. Hotel staff prepared and packed breakfast for me at 2 am just because i had to leave early. They have excellent breakfast buffet, however no lunch or dinner services. Overall good value for money.

Kesan pertama liat kitchennya sdh bs menebak kebersihan kamar mandinya, tyt stlh masuk d luar ekspektasi lihat shower & krannya apalg klosetnya, utk pengelola setdknya kran2 nya d cb d oles sns penghilang kerak kusus shower& kran jk tdk mau ganti biar pengunjung tdk jijik.iterior mmg bth deep cleaning & peremajaan

Hotel bintang 4 rasa hotel bintang 2.pelayanan buruk respon lambat.banyak ornamen rusak dan berkarat.sarapan tidak bisa dine in, harus diantar ke kamar, alasan tamu sedikit.harga nya memang lebih murah karena sepi dan kurang terawat.parkir mobil sempit.kolam renang keruh.karyawan tidak cekatan dan terkesan menyepelekan. AC kurang dingin entah kenapa.kelebihannya cuma kamar di sini lebih luas dari hotel2 lain

Their location quite near to the toll, and also they have good building design and rooms, yet needs to improve the hygiene.overall, its great!
