Both the art and the grounds are so beautiful! A great place to spend a relaxing afternoon.

Modern art culture. Place not too big, i can say this museum is segmented for people who know how to enjoy art.

A beautiful place. Gardens are lovely. Entrance is deceiving. Once inside the art is lovely. The buildings have upstairs also. The owner patron was there the day we visited.

I'm an art major and it was my first time seeing this painting style. There are many things that Bali considers sacred and many worldviews, so I think many of those things are expressed in the paintings. There are many works made with new techniques using natural materials and many miniature paintings.
It was nice that the curator or manager inside the museum explained the pictures, and this person said that he also dances traditional dances in front of the museum in the evening. They said I could see it if I made a reservation in advance, but I couldn't see it because my schedule didn't match.
Some people paint outdoors, and they say it takes about a year to complete one piece. He was painting with great craftsmanship, step by step.

The art museum isn't very big, but if you're passing by the garden nearby, I recommend checking it out. The admission fee includes coffee within the museum.

An outstanding serene atmosphere with high quality choice of art, decor and a blend of modern and traditional food. It offers a full day trip to the entire campus, with lots of activities like learning wood craft, Painting, hat weaving, sketching etc. It's a go to destination for ART LOVER'S and people who love a vibe of culture and presented at its best. Every evening you get to view the traditional dance forms, we saw Kechak Performance and Barong Dance in a strech of two days and enjoyed barbeque dinner at their Amazing Restaurant. The restaurant is another gem and all the staffs are super helpful and friendly.

Good place to get a feel for Balinese art, with many striking contemporary and traditional paintings.

Easily the best museum I’ve seen in Indonesia! Must visit for museum / art lovers.

Wide collection of Indonesian arts from different eras. Very well displayed with information about them. You can also see some paintings in progress by the resident artists. Not only that, the whole museum area is so beautiful with gardens and ponds. It reminds me of Lousiana MoMA in Denmark.

Had a lengthy conversation with someone there (might be the owner?) that shows the amount of thoughts that go into it & his passion in art.

At the end there’s a resto where you can try some local dishes (forgot the name).

Very well curated collection of representative art from Balinese traditional and also the foreign artists that came to Bali.

Definitely worth to visit whilst in Bali. The founder Agung Rai is always about and likes to meet his guests; so be sure to find him.

Galerinya luas banget. Karena ada villa juga di dalamnya. Gedung galerinya terbagi ke lukisan tradisional dan modern. Lukisannya bagus-bagus. Sayangnya, beberapa lukisan udah ada yang robek dan rapuh. Tapi, tetep bagus banget. Taman diluar galeri sangat aesthetic buat foto-foto. Biaya masuknya perorang 100 ribu. Khusus mahasiswa dapet diskon 50%.

Ini galery seni terlengkap dan sumpah ini besar banget. Pintu masuk di jl. Pengosekan dan keluarnya mau ke daerah peliatan.

We visited here in 2019 and are looking forward to another visit now that we are back in Bali.

A wonderful mix of historical, traditional and modern art. The grounds provide a lovely tranquil setting.

Both the cafe and restaurant have a relaxing atmosphere and the food was delightful.

Very good Balinese culture touching but hard to get beginner to understand and need more working on information. Honest comment and love. Ps. I red comment about entrance fee. Be peaceful you go to museum it is about value and it is not about the price that you understand on a side

The painting is beautiful.gallery seni yang attractive.ada paintings, pemandangan sejum banget banyak pohon, dan ada resto juga plus ada sawah mini nya.kalau mau nginep juga bisa karna ada room lumayan banyak.you need healing? This place definitely worth it.apalagi kalau jiwa seninya tinggi?

Wonderful place to spend a quiet, relaxed day. If you find Agung Rai in the grounds, you will discover he is a wealth of knowledge on the history of Bali and on culture and arts. Unbelievable that such a tranquil place sits in the middle of busy Ubud

Such a beautiful collection of art. I will say less about it as it needs to be experienced.

I will however also recommend that you have a meal/drink/snack in the restaurant adjoining the property
