Royal Malioboro by ASTON

Baru kali ini aku nginap hotel mati lampu, eh tivi nya error wifi nya. Hotel seharga 1,1jt semalam. Sangat kecewa. Parah deh.

Hotel yang sangan nyaman, dan mewah, pelayanan sangat memuaskan dgn didampingi dengan Bpk. Rudi Purdjijanto.

We stayed on November 12th.and we had a pleasant stay here.the rooms are clean and comfortable.all the employees are friendly and always say hello.
The choice of food for breakfast is also varied, including traditional local food.the location is very close to Malioboro Street and tourist and shopping attractions.
100% will come back to stay here again.

All exceptional. The treatment, as usual in Indonesia, excellent. The staff always trying to please and very efficient. The hotel, wonderful. Huge room with everything you need, huge and very comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast one of the best I've seen, with local specialties (be careful of the spicy ones) and western ones. And to top it off, a rooftop lounge with an impressive pool from which you can see the city. The only downside, and it's not their fault, is that the main Yogya train station is right in front of it, so from time to time the trains bother (not unbearable). In return, Malioboro right next door.

Layanan ramah dan baik terutama yang jadi chefnya. Lokasi diakses dari stasiun Tugu cukup dengan jalan kaki

Room provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was huge. Amenities and facilities are clean and modern. Gym is small but has everything you need (including barbells). It’s a hotel you’d look forward to returning to each night.

That said, hotel is right beside the train station, and noise does pass through the glass.

Very nice place to stay for a few nights in Yogyakarta. Staff at the bar was very nice, Aldo made sure we had a lovely evening!

Great hotel! Even better service (thank you Aldo!) The cocktails on the rooftopterrace were amazing!

Clean and in a good location, but extremely noisy (right next to the train station, no noise cancellation windows). Staff doesn't speak good English and will sometimes just say yes when they in fact didn't understand you. We ordered fried rice and a bunch of bananas (we were sick), and instead got french fries and banana fritters from the menu. And it's not just oral or accents, we had ordered via WhatsApp! Other instances of miscommunication involved conflicting information about the local sites.
Food at breakfast and dinner was decent at best, and felt overpriced for it's quality.

I chose the right hotel location. And will come back here again someday.

We got free room upgrade from Deluxe to Malioboro Suites by Dimas the receptionist on that day. The hotel has a nice infinity pool too. Staff were friendly. Hotel provides water dispensers outside the rooms to replace the plastic mineral water bottles, so it’s a good effort to reduce waste. Overall, great hospitality hotel with good location in the heart of Jogja.

We had a great time at Royal Malioboro by ASTON. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is incredible. A special thank you to Aldo and Kiki that were always the best!

Pengalaman menyenangkan bisa menginap di hotel ini.saya merasa seperti sedang staycation.hotelnya nyaman dan terasa mewah sekali.semua fasilitas ada di hotel.walau kekurangannya adalah area gym yang terlalu sedikit peralatannya.serta pelayanan resepsionis di tgl 14 Juli jam 22.000 sungguh mengecewakan! Saya tanya baik-baik soal kendala saya.tapi nada bicaranya resepsionis yang bertugas di jam itu dan tanggal tersebut sungguh tidak mengenakkan hati.saya dibuat kesal olehnya.sehingga mood saya sedikit turun

Tempatnya strategis, frontline sangat baik & responsif, fasilitas lengkap. Hotel yg recomended kalo liburan ke Jogja.
