The price was higher than I thought it would be. The fries were great and were salty enough (I demolished them!). While the chicken could've had a little more flavour, the freshness of the chicken was obvious and made up for it. Had cappuccino as well and the first sip made me grimace because it was too sweet.

There are two sinks with soap available for you to wash the oil off your hands - and trust me, you'll definitely need them because the chicken has a lot of oil.

Teralu mahal serta isi paket yg gak masuk akal, beli makanan ada digital musiknya, 1paket ada ayam+nasi+coca cola, beli 3paket, giliran bayar ditambahin digital music jadi Ro225.000.padahal belinya dibungkus.

Aneh banget karena kemarin beli disini surprisingly beda smaa kfc biasanya

Kfc biasa aja udah enak bangett tapi ini bener benerr enakkk bangetttt kaya saos pedasnya enak banget kaya pedesss Dan ngga asem (?) Kalau di bandung ada hint rasa asemnya

Dan ayam yang crispy nya aduhh ini tepungnya beda apa gimana yaaa ko crispy nya crispy yg renyah ngga keras Dan ngga slot tepungnya ih enak banget pokonya

Jam 15.00 stock ayam yg ready tidak banyak. Karena tidak suka sayap, saya minta paha bawah dan ternyata kecil sekali pahanya, jauh dari standard KFC di luar bandara. Lagi, nasinya agak bau seperti stock lama. Semoga management mengetahui jni.

Ga ada yang lain, jadi akhirnya makan di KFC YIA, ganti minuman cola jadi tea ocha ga dikasih es batu, padahal dah dibilangin ke cs nya, cs tidak memberitahu kalo ganti minuman dari cola ke ocha nambah uang, padahal di paket dah tertulis include cola, kemanakah cola nya? Customer harus bilang nambah uang dong, gmana jadi cs kog kaga implementasi hasil training ya

Long queue at busy hour 12 PM. Salute to the employee they served quickly. Since the space in the airport is limited, it was very crowded to dine in. But we can eat at the lounge but please eat responsibly by litter properly.

Bisa bisa nya sekelas KFC di bandara kehabisan nasi, lg delay drpagi keadaan laper di suruh makan kentang. Kalo seharga nasi gpp, ini harga lebih mahal kentang drpada nasi.

I arrived at this KFC store at 3: 30 pm today (26th December 2021) after my check-in. There was a very long queue. The closing time was 4: 00 pm. So I thought I better skip KFC and clear security. Then, I had not eaten KFC food for past many months and was craving for it. So I decided to stand in the queue. The queue was moving at a very slow speed as there was only one person at the counter who was taking orders, managing cash register, and then serve the food. My turn came at 4 pm. The person in counter said very rudely that that it is their closure time and all their food was finished. With persistent request he grudgingly agreed to give me a burger, fries and coke. But said burger is not ready and will take 5 minutes. I waited for 5 minutes but when he didn’t give me the burger, I went to enquire. He said next time I should come in time. He will give what I want. Needless to say that his rude behavior, improper management, and inability to serve what I wanted made very upset. I told him I will complain about it. He said please go ahead. If this is the level of service at an international airport, how can you expect repeat customers. The staffing needs to increase and they need to be better trained to deal with customers. If not, there should be accountability for bad behavior.
