BHUMI Hostel

I loved my stay at Bhumi Hostel.
The best things about it are the terrace, the garden and the fresh breakfast in the morning!
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.
It‘s a really chilled atmosphere there, you should definitely give it a try)

Located at Kotagede. Far from city. But if you looking for some quite place. This is a good place for it. I had a simple breakfast here. Everything is good.

I had a FANTASTIC stay at Bhumi Hostel! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help me plan my activities for the day. They are fun and knowledgeable and I had a great time. Very clean and cozy too!

Stayed at Bhumi for a nite and felt very welcomed by the staff, 3 relaxed cats and 2 happy dogs. Perfect lodging for anyone who wants to avoid the mainstream hotel in the downtown. The place offered solemnity and kinship. I could just chill by the hammock with the cats and dogs enjoying the garden and sun. Located at Kotagede, cultural sites and heritage are in walking distance. In some occasions, Bhumi also offers guided walking tour. Vegetarian (?) breakfast was nice. Def will come back again.

BHUMI Hostel is extraordinary.
The vibe is really good it actually feels like home.
All the hosts are very friendly and helpful. And they got dogs and cats too! Furry animals are the best.
If you seek for a new kind experience, come and stay here. It will exceed your expectations.

The hosts here are amazing. They are very accommodating and friendly. Willing to help me get anywhere and recommended the best places to me. Though I was travelling alone, Bhumi Hostel has never made me feel lonely. It really feels like home in a foreign land.

Sumpah deh hostelnya nyaman. Nanti kalo berlibur ke jogja saya mau kesini lagi. Tetehnya juga ramah banget. Fasilitasnya lengkap plus murah pula. Bawaannya aja mager kalo mau keluar. Btw ini foto beneran diambil darisana. Model kamera buluk. Rekomen banget bagi yang cari hostel buat nginep

It's quite enough, comfortable yet also clean place.the hospitality was sooo friendly.it felt like in my own home

but, it's not available large parking area for you to park your own transportation so it's okay for backpacking travel both group or personally

i highly recommend Bhumi for you to stay

I just loved the place; in front of a park with street food, good people, friendly staff, clean place. Dont go there if you're allergic to cats lol

Nice & cheap place to stay overnight, esp for the backpacker tourists (domestics & foreigners). Its located where it's so close to traditional market & silver shops & some other tour destination of Kotagede is a point.

Had a great week at the hostel! The space is wonderful with a garden, great common area outside to hang out including a hammock, kitchen to cook, laundry area to handwash/soak/dry clothing (or paid for using the machine), mini gym, and comfortable rooms. It's in the historic Kotagede neighborhood which gives it a very authentic feel, complete with a park across the street with amazing street food. About 5km from downtown which was an easy ride share away.

Lovely hostel with a big garden & a big kitchen, that made me feel right at home. Kotagede is a nice and more calm neighborhood with the best street food right up front the hostel. I really enjoyed my stay here.

One of best hostels I've ever visited. They offer you calm place to stay, step aside from the Malioboro touristy crowd.

So cozy place for traveler. You can stay with low price. There are many cute cats and dogs. If you like cats and dog they ill also like you.

Love the place, in the middle of a heritage area in Yogya, easy to find local food, the pets also really funny and the best part is their organic garden: -D

A homey and a very nice hostel.a short walk to Pasar Kota Gede and to heritage buildings within Kotagede area. Take a shortcut via small alley, exploring the neighbourhood, and you will surprise with your findings.
