No. 1 dumpling noodle in Medan. For sure!
But. It takes a lot of time to wait them to prepare the food. 5 for the food, 1 for the preparation.

Always be a comfy foods and a local superstar for wanton noodle. Never skip when I go back to medan. Taste was very subtle, spot on.

Food from the heavens, atmosphere from the ground.

As a reviewer I like to highlight every single as descriptive as possible, and my god there's so many things to talk about this place.

The food is the best, ever. No other Mie Pangsit on this planet could compare to Akhun's. Everything about the noodles is perfect.

The environment though, is a different story. There are more tissues on the floor than there are sands in the beach, random poor people coming inside and asking for your money, and the place is very hot. Maybe it's because I'm visiting this place at 1PM, and they are about to close in about an hour so they don't care about the litter.

If you can ignore the environment and just focus on the food, then this is the perfect place for you. Mie Pangsit Akhun's signature dish is going to blow your mind. You'll leave the place with a smile on your face.

Mienya ckup kriting. Kuahnya kental. Dagingnya banyak. Pangsitnya satu. Bagi yang suka sayur, boleh minta refill sayur hijaunya.

Ordered their noodles and egg. The noodles is a bit too oily, but still good. The egg is too dry. Dont forget to ask for extra vege, it is good and free.

Edit: This place also serves coffee. It is great!

The food is delicious beside that, there's something more special for me, the service is quite fast.
And i recommended it for breakfast
Not too much and delicious
But for the price made me sad, kinda expensive but not really too because it's worth it

Home made noodles, juicy meat, afforable price, generous serving of veggies, always my 1st wanton mee in town! Expect crowds when breakfast time especially around 8-9 a.m.

Pansitnya sangat enak dan juicy. Very recommended. Downside: selalu ramai, jadi mungkin harus antri untuk dapat tempat duduk.

Great place in Medan for one of the most iconic cuisine, Mie Pangsit. He made the noodles himself, something that is pretty rare because many others buy them from a separate suppliers.

If you are not sure what to order, let me suggest my favorite: 1 piring, pakai mie tiong sim.
They will top it with: beansprouts, fried onion and leek.

Drinks? Just order something cold. Lol

Very good pansit noodle. Suprisingly it is very affordable, for 2 noodle and 2 tea only cost me 46k. Akun have 2 branches, this one and the other one located at s.parman road.

One of my family favorite place to have Wonton Noodle. It always crowded at breakfast and dinner time. Need to wait at least 20 minutes. It has two variant noodle, mie pansit keriting and mie pansit Tiong Sim. In terms of taste, both is okay. Price is considered reasonable.

Sejauh ini mie disini dan kuahnya enak. Namun yg d sesalkan tidak ada kemajuan manajemen saat jam sibuk, tidak ada sistem antrian. Sehingga yg menunggu dan yg ditunggu tidak nyaman. Mungkin bisa di susun sistem antrian yg bener. Thx

Salah satu kuliner di kota Medan yang legendaris.hanya saja makanan ini khusus utk non muslim.harga seporsi mie pangsit Rp. 23.000 dengan teh tawar hangat (teh tong kata org medan).

Ini pangsit beneran enak deh. Agak berminyak gitu yah. Beda sama Awai mungkin. Cuma aja enak. Makin mau makan terus. Air putih gratis.
