Arguably the best fried kwetiao in town
It is often crowded, a queue is common sight
Just prepare to be patient and wait accordingly
They only serve breakfast and dinner, and usually very crowded during chinese festive season

Rasanya enak. Sejauh ini, kwetiau ini yg paling enak di medan. Harga lumayan mahal, bukanya tidak pasti waktunya. Kalau mau kesana ya tergantung keberuntungan ada buka atau tidak.

Price per portion is IDR60k for seafood noodle.
Open at 18.50 but before it already several car parked and wait to open including me.
Not long after it open, the table is full already.
No service and tax charge.
Portion quite little but the pork meat and seafood quite generous.

Definitely my first choice for Medan Kway Teow. Their wokhei is still there even some people said taste is different now. Price soars high now, but the portion is this large for me

Sangat ramai dan harus sabar menanti.tapi tetap worth it karena kwetiaw gorengnya enak banget.
Setiap kali ke Medan kudu makan kwetiaw ke sini, biarpun susah parkir dan harus sabar menunggu.

A popular 'cha cha' (stir fried) vendor in the city, packed all day long. For breakfast, they serve a bit smaller portion than lunch and dinner, which is still big. They have kwetiau (flat rice flour noodle), bihun (vermicelli noodles), and mie (yellow noodle). You can order them in: basic (stir fried with veggie and garlic), with duck egg, complete (with pork, red pork, chinese pork sausage, fish ball, shrimp). Optional: you can ask for complete but without seafood if you don't like it, or complete just seafood. Their stir fried are nicely flavored, sweet and savory at the same time. They used charcoal to cook so it's a bit smokey which how I like my stir fried noodles. Topped with their own green chili sauce, you can add kecap asin (light soubean sauce) for extra umami taste. Price point is on the expensive side, as 1 portion of complete costed IDR 60K.
Btw, in this picture I also bought Tahuhua/Tauhua (tofu pudding with sugar ginger sauce) from a small vendor across the street, please support local vendor.

Tersedia makanan enak di sini, chinese food dengan favorit seperti kwetiau dan bihun goreng, rasanya enak punya ciri khas tersendiri, harga di atas rata rata, mantap lah pokoknya.

Salah satu kwetiaw legend di kota medan yg masak masih pake arang jadi smookey lebih terasa. Yang masak generasi ke 2 jadi udah turun menurun. Tempatnya bersih dan rapi, harga kwetiaw telur tanpa isi 35 k dan dgn isi 55 k. Maaf non Halal ya.

One of the best if not the best kwetiau in medan according to me. Have been ordering the duck egg and prawn kwetiau most of the time and the consistency has been always good.

Meski penampilan terlihat berantakan, rasanya oke. Mie goreng komplit dan kwetiau goreng komplit + air putih 2 gelas 110.000 non halal ya guys.

Kwetiawnya mantap. Layanan cepat sesuai antrian. Suasana homy, banyak keluarga makan disini jadi terasa seperti keluarga besar lagi makan bersama.

Still the BEST Kwetiau Goreng using, can't find any substitute beside this, not even close!

Every strips of the rice noodle is evenly coated with the bursting flavours that can only be created by the lady chef.
She is very generous with the ingredients too!

Kwetiawnya sangat sangat sangat enak, porsi tidak terlalu besar makanya rekomendasi saya mending pesan langsung dua porsi saja per orang (satu kurang soalnya)

Namanya kwetiau jalan gedeh, tempat makan legendaris. Rasa boleh dicoba untuk wisatawan yang ke Medan tapi jangan kaget dengan harganya ya

Enak wlopun yah harga mahal, sebgkus 50rb tuk full set nya, bagusan beli bgkus pulang daripd mam dsana, porsi nya beda udang nya w suka banyak.
