Pempek enak, apalagi pempek kulit crispynya (dimakan pas panas), cukonya mantaaappp.lahan parkir yg agak susah dan tidak buka sampe malam.
I like the crispy skin pempek. The best. It's crispy yet still have a chewiness of the fish. The sauce is more on the spicy level, you can see the chilly flakes in the sauce. Because I don't like too spicy, I usually add some sweet sauce in it to counterbalance.
The one that not many people knows is the lapis cake is very very good. I like the lapis kojo. You must try it. Unfortunately they don't sell in slices only in whole cake. But if you have friends with you, you can order it one day before, ask them to slices it and you can divide it between yourself and your friends. Just bring some sort of plastic containers for the cake slices. You must try it, cake specialty of Palembang. Other lapis cake also very delicious.
