I highly recommend this accommodation. Most importantly, the service here is very satisfying. The owner is very friendly, kind and cares about every guest. This place looks simple, but when I stay here I feel luxurious and like living in my own home. The service is very satisfying.
The view from here is very good with a backdrop of hills and part of the sea. I felt calm, peaceful and very comfortable.
The price is friendly.
Access to the airport and pier as well as the bustling center of Labuan Bajo.
This place also provides motorbike rental and services for tourist trips in Labuan Bajo.
Overall, I can't express in words what it felt like to stay at this place. The owner and his family are very nice.
Anyway, the best.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They offer breakfast. Clean rooms but there are no outlets near any beds.
The road to reach the hostel is bumpy and in poor condition.

10 minutes from the airport on foot. Our accommodation was very clean with air conditioning that worked very well. We slept very well in peace and the family helped us a lot, especially to take us down to the center of the city several times. So I recommend

Extremely friendly hosts! Amazing place for the price. Lovely views from the terrace and they rented us a scooter which was very handy. Still walkable distance to town so all in all a great stay

Dorms and private are both very nice and clean. Very close to the airport, and even if you don't have a scooter you can get a grab to go anywhere you like

Positives, we were able to walk here from the airport, our hostess was lovely, breakfast was fabulous and the views from the breakfast area was very good.
The room was very basic and just not very well kept, other accomodation in Indonesia, for the money, seems so much better than this was. The grounds were poorly kept (not like in the pictures), there was no seating on our tiny verandah and there was too much rubbish / litter about for us. Little things that make such a difference. After our 2 days booked, we moved to a much nicer place close by.

Great location on top of a hillock and walking distance from the airport. Tarsan and wife are really kind. They can even arrange for the Komodo Island Tour and at a fair price. Would recommend. Don't expect anything fancy however. This is a simple and nice homestay

We stayed here for one night after diving in Komodo and before leaving for an island overland trip. We arrived very early which was no problem even when we showed up spontaneously. The very nice lady got our laundry done even the same day. They have a nice terrace to sit, play billiard and meet other travelers. It’s very close to the airport, but there are not many flights, so it’s still very calm, specially being far away enough from busy Labuan Bajo. They have taxi service, better call them than a local taxi, they might not know where to go. Walking to the centre takes about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend this place for a stay over in Labuan Bajo!

Lokasinya cukup bagus karena dekat dengan bandara, tempatnya tenang dengan pemandangan yang bagus karena berada di lokasi yang tinggi sehingga bisa melihat pemandangan dari jauh dengan leluasa

Kamar bersih rapi, ada wifi dan AC sayang gak ada tv nya. Akses jalan kayak mau ke hutan amazing.

Familly is very friendly. Room is clean, beds are the most confortable we had in Indonesia and cheap for the area. Breakfast could be better with some fruits maybe (pancake?) and it is difficult to find the place. Still a very good place to sleep!
