A really nice welcome. Basic backpacker room. Large and clean, 2-wheel parking. Very cheap for Bajo.

If you have limited budget this is one for you, but be mind with the facility. The owners super nice and funny, the food nice too and they offered you some welcome drink which quite fancy considering the price (either tea or Coffee) the building itself maybe you should think for the mosquitos too much unless you pack yourself repellent, the bad also not so much comfy, toilet also.

Inexpensive simple stay in Flores. The standard of the accommodations is reflected in the price.

Staff is very helpful, friendly and funny. Proximity to the center of Labuan Bajo is a bit far, you will need to rent a scooter or take taxi to get to the center, you can rent a scooter at the property. If you are looking for cheap, simple accommodation this is the best choice!

To be honest, the room is relatively simple, but the owner is very kind and the atmosphere is also very good. They have a band that plays and sings at night

If you can avoid this hostel and their services, please do! The owner of this business was incredibly rude and not reliable!
We rented scooters and afterwards he tried to scam us!
I usually never take the time to write bad reviews, but as fellow travellers we have to share this info with you!

I would strongly advise people to not book at Flores One Love. We rented a bike with them for one day, and the next morning it was picked up way too early. When we told them this was not agreed upon, the owner insulted us with the words “f*** you” and “we are not your slave” and wanted more money from us.
If you want to enjoy your time in Flores, stay clear of this horrific business.

2bulan lalu, sy sdah melakukan booking dn pembyaran via Traveloka untuk hotel ini, namun stelah sy sampai d hotel tujuan, hotel tersebut mengatakan BAHWA mereka tidak memiliki kontrak lagi bersama pihak Traveloka dan sy harus membooking dan membayar kembali harga hotel. Sangat sy sayangkan, jika memang pihak hotel tidak memiliki kontrak lg dengan Traveloka lalu mengapa Traveloka tetap menyediakan promo hotel tersebut bahkan menerima uang untuk bookingx.sangat d sayangkan karena perusahaan besar seperti ini memiliki playanan yang sangat buruk,

Tempat yang sederhana, tapi asli nyaman banget, ownernya baik banget, karyawannya asik, pokoknya mau apa aja langsung ngomong, mau trip juga bisa, dengan harga yg asli miring ga merogoh kocek, recomended deh pokoknya.

Tempat yang memang pantas utk kita merebah badan, staf yg cepat akrab, dan kita merasa benar benar dianggap sebagai baghian dari one love,

Tidak Rekomendasi sangat. Tidak air untuk mandi (air bersih tidak mengalir), tidak disedikan perlengkapan mandi.jauh dari tempat wisata, pelayanan kurang sangat banyak alasan.

Staf nya ramah, cuma kamar mandi airnya lambat banget dan pintu nya terbuat dari kayak seng gitu tapi boleh lahh

Flores One Love Homestay & Tour is really nice place to stay, and its only 5 minutes from the homestay to the mirror cave.
The homestay also organized the bike rent.

Super hot in the night (fan doesn't help), shower didn't worked a couple of times and when i wanted to handwash a few things they wanted to charge me 25.000. Staff is nice but not reliable, sometimes no one there for questions or help. Loud dog barking and baby screaming in the night. Not much to expect for that price. Pretty far from city centre, difficult to get there from the homestay.
Wouldn't come back.

We couldn’t order dinner as the chef “doesn’t work on Sunday’s”. NO WESTERN TOILET. NO SHOWER. Location was far from western restaurants and harbour but ok if you have a scooter. Nice the room comes with a mosquito net but it means the fan doesn’t feel like it’s doing much through the net. Also we couldn’t find the staff throughout our stay to we had to wait around a lot

Best guesthouse in labuanbajo.
The owner and staff are so lovely, far away from the noise of town, really green all around, also karon, the owner is an amazing guitarist and reggae singer, i've been staying there a lot of times, and nothing to complain about this place. Also the breakfast is include and you can order food or rent a motorcycle straight in this place wich is really helpful. He can pick up you at the airport too.he's organizing tour to komodo too. For a fair price.
I really appreciate to stay there.

Good place, clean and cheap. The staf are amazing, they'll do everything they could just to help you.

We arrived and nobody was there to give us the keys to our hotel. We had to wait til 11pm that somebody came - the room was not prepared so we had to wait another half an hour. We wanted a free ride to the center of labuan bajo at the next morning as a compensation but that wasn’t possible.

We had to wait 1h to check in, then they had to clean the room.they were loud until 1 in the morning.very simple furniture.not even a sink.shower was dripping all night long.would NOT go there again

Very basic accomodation, in a rural, not central location. Rooms only consist of a bed, no other furniture, no western toilet and bathroom. Running water but no shower. Helpful staff but for my personal liking there were too many employees.
