Wow. Mount Rinjani was really the highlight of Lombok, and the team had something to do with it. The trek went really well, the porters are smiling, considerate and very good cooks (the food is incredible). Eddie, the guide, was super nice and put you at ease right away. We keep an incredible memory, you can really trust them

Did the 3D/2N together with my girlfriend. The hike was tough, but it was an amazing experience. If you're ever in Lombok don't skip Rinjani!

Also thanks to our guide Mariyo and his 2 porters, they provided us with snacks, fresh fruits, drinks and excellent food. They delivered great service, so be sure to ask for them!

Ps. When they drop you off at the harbour, they will try to lead you to a boat company called Ostina. Read my review on their page.but short; avoid these scammers and buy your own boat ticket at the pier!

They were all so nice, cooked the best food, and made sure that we had everything we needed.
The hiking was quite physical but pretty okay in general except for the summit where you have to be ready for the cold of the wind but the sunrise is definitely worth it!

Very unprofessional and very unpleasant experience. Avoid, there are many other companies out there.
I booked through a man from my hostel in Gili who works for this company. I booked the 1N2D crater rim trek with an end date of May 30th (I asked to double-check this date was correct).
When I got there, they told me they had put me in the summit trek (instead of the crater rim, which is the one I booked) with an end date of May 31st. I said I wanted to cancel the trek because it’s not what I booked but the tour guide said that I needed to pay anyway because he had already bought my national park pass. I said no way I was paying, because it was them who messed up my booking. Things got ugly and we ended up shouting at each other. The tour guide got very angry and kept saying I should pay (again, despite the fact that THEY had make the mistakes).
In the end, the man who made my booking calmed the tour guide down and I ended up not paying for anything but it was still a very unpleasant experience. Even when I was booking my trek there were a lot of inconsistencies between the two people I was talking to with things like price and payment methods

*response to company’s answer: yes, I did book a trek with them. They messaged me on WhatsApp and threatened to hand in my passport details to immigration and the police if I didn’t delete my review in 1 hour (lol).

We did 2days/1night trekking to the cratère sim. We started at 5h30 and arrived at 10h30.
The guide and the porter were very nice they cooked good meals, they ve collected the rubbish. They are very skillful and professionals, we felt safe.
The hike was easy for us but I recommand beginners to have a good physical condition.

Super experience, climb is hard, but they help you to reach the spot in all ways. Funny guide and porters, good cooks too.it almost felt like culinaire climbing

Unique and unforgettable experience! A friend and I chose the 2D/IN package, which included the first night in the hotel
Senaru, breakfasts, lunches, dinners at altitude and during the Trek. Also included is travel from the port to the destination and vice versa. Our guide Edi was incredible, he constantly helped us during the climbs even carrying weights from our backpacks and offering us energy bars.
Our porters were also fantastic, everything was organized down to the smallest detail, from the position in the tent, including mattress, pillows and sleeping bags, to the preparation of the food, which was delicious and abundant. Furthermore, the whole team has always been friendly, kind and very attentive towards us and for our every need. I recommend this tour operator to anyone!

We booked the 3 days and 2 nights tour and we couldn't have been happier. We had a fantastic group of 6 people and the best guide possible, Eddie, who made the tour go as smoothly as possible and we all made it to the top. Totally recommendable for the price we paid, both my partner and I were very happy. We took a great experience back to Spain! Thanks for everything.

Watching the sunrise from the summit was life changing. Our guide, Lim, made the journey so enjoyable. I would highly recommend having Lim as your guide!

This was a quality, top notch adventure! We had an amazing time with Rinjani Trekking Info The guide was super informative and friendly. He never made me feel slow - and I was slow! He always had yummy snacks in his bag and he took lots of beautiful pictures of my boyfriend and I. The food was absolutely delicious! It was the perfect experience - we even got to plant trees! I highly recommend this tour company as they care for the mountains and the environment, cleaning up trash and planting trees - where many of the other companies leave their mess around and disrespect the mountains.
