I did the Mount Rinjani with Muji and it was a great experience and I would recommend their service.

Ivan is a wonderful guide and so were the porters Hanafi and Awan. They all made the trip as comfortable as it could be while trekking this mountain. The food and the service was 5 star. They helped find great campsites away from the crowds and adjusted the itineraries to my needs. I would recommend Muji for all your travel needs around Sembalun/Rinjani

Muji kept in touch throughout the booking process and was always available to answer (my many) questions.
We booked a few day tours:
Gili Kondo, Panorama Walk Sembalun, Waterfall tour in Senaru. They  were all amazing and I would definitely recommend them all.
We also booked a 3D2N mount Rinjani trek. My partner damaged his foot a week before, so was unable to go. Muji made sure that I would be well looked after doing the trek on my own, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! My guide Ajis and the porters were amazing. With Ajis' support, I made it to the summit in time for sunrise, and thanks to the porters whose food was the best I had in Lombok.
Everyone we met through Muji Trekker, including our driver Kamil, was so lovely. They couldn't be more accommodating and really made us feel welcome and at home during our stay.
The trip was even better than I could have imagined, I'll never forget it, and I am so glad I booked with the best to do it.
