Egoiste Beach Restaurant And BBQ

A very good address in Gili. In went there twice and I was always happy. The food is so delicious (tried the seafood bbq kebab, very fresh, so tasty). I would definitely recommend.
And the staff is super nice. Special thanks to Manu. Awesome job! Terima Kasih

Berwisata ke gili trawangan belum complit kalok belum berkunjung ke restaurant egoiste.
Karna di restaurant ini tersedia banyak sekali aneka makanan.
Mulai dari local food sampai seafood.
Nggak bakalan nyesel kalok makan malam disini karna pelayanannya juga sangat bagus dan harganya yang murah.
Pokoknya egoiste is the best.

Pretty good but really lacks vegetarian choices. Also branches from the trees above me kept on falling in my food.

I think the price of seafood here was quite high. Went for the pizza in the end it was quite good. You get hassled a bit.

Not Worth it. Walk further to the night marked to get real good and cheap fish and sea food.
Dont order pizza.

Value for money seafood platter which comes with a somewhat generous salad bar. Views in the evening are nice as well.

Really recommend this place! It's great to just chill out on de daybeds with a beautiful view of the sea. The food is perfect, everthing is fresh and tastes delicious. The owner and staff are very friendly and just overall good vibe!

The staff here have a lot of Ego as suggested in the name of the restaurant. Very rude staff not ready to take feedback. They were not able to make a simple fresh lime soda. The Sheesha had no flavor but they refused to agree to the same. Go here only if you want to spoil your mood on a holiday.

The creamy chicken was really really good (came back for it, and I rarely order a dish for the second time). Staff was also great, really kind and giving quick service.

The staff is really nice and the food is amazing. I went there everyday during the day and the night, also infront there is the nicest beach so you can relax on their sunbeads.

I have booked a cooking class here but couldn't take the cooking class because there was a big earthquake in Gili. The next day while everyone was busy being evacuated, the owner of this restaurant gave out the edible food left in the kitchen to people. I also received a loaf of bread. I never had a chance to have dinner here but I would like to give this restaurant 5 stars.

I had the barbequed calamari with some baked potato and vegetables of around 70k. The calamari were tasteless, and I found pieces of plastic in it. After telling the staff, they took the fresh coconut milk of 35k off the bill. I think the calamari dish should have been taken off the bill. Come on, plastic in my food? Sorry for the 1 star but 2 would be too much.

Service was friendly. Looks inviting.
We shared a seafood platter and both got an upset stomach an hour later from the food.
I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Lovely staff, below average food. Tasteless & overcooked seafood. Our table also had some satay sticks - even these were not good. Overall - it looks pretty but there are much better places.

Good quality food for a descent price. Salad bar comes for free if you order skewer, fish or meat from the grill. Salad bar includes bread, salads, pasta, vegetables and many sauces. Never expected that the Tuna steak would be so lovely band tastefully! Friendly staff and fast preparation of the food.

The service was slow and they were not able to bring us the right order (just 2 drinks and one main course). Plus the food was really not good. Sorry for the bad review but service and food need to be improved to align with other restaurants on the island!

A bit pricey but the seafood platter is very good and the half beach half jungle setting is very cool. Service can be quite slow
