First time staying here with family and kids.location is good and they provide shuttle service to malls.

The service of the room is fast and all the facilities are there. Me and my family enjoyed their time there. Their transport is also complimentary which is very convenient. Their breakfast is very high quality and fresh, and especially their chef was very talented.

Stayed here for a night for a last minute work extension stay.

We came early but the hotel is strict with the check in, so we went somewhere else to pass the time. Check in time is from 2PM onwards. There is a concierge where you can put away your baggage if you come early. They will pass you a ticket stub, so dont lose it. Check in was a breeze, front desk ladies were one of the most pleasant people i have ever met. They were polite and patient. Note that there is a 500K rupiah or SGD $50 room deposit which will be returned to you after your stay. I would recommend cash payment for your deposit. IF you are using credit card (NOTED THAT THEIR MACHINE DOESNT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS), it will take about a few weeks to be returned. There is no ATM within the hotel so you gotta go to the mall.

Location wise, its well within a good radius to major malls, although it is not within walking radius. Nearest is Nagoya Hill. Need to take transport. If you are not fussy, there are street hawkers at night to get something to eat.

Rooms were very clean, and it seems that all rooms come with a bathtub. The bathroom might look dated but it is decent. The shower head is not detachable. Aircon was very strong, which i really liked. They have an in room menu, which is super convenient as most of the hotels i stayed in either had their in room menu on their slide show on the TV or they didnt have any at all, so that was a big plus and convenient for me. The room comes with the full set of toiletries. The mini fridge is also very very cold, which again, i liked. The room is also of decent size to move around for a big person like me.

Buffet breakfast in my opinion was the best that i have ever had in Batam. There was a wide selection to choose from. And there are 3 live stations where you can get fried rice, fried noodles, eggs, waffles and pancakes all done ala minute so you get it piping hot and fresh. The juice they offered is guaranteed fresh juice from the fruit. Their pastries were also delicious. I liked their mini mixed fruit tart. The mains were great too.needless to say the buffet spread exceeded my expectations. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful and would ask if you'd like something that they can get for you if it not too busy. Ambience of the dining hall/restaurant was lovely and relaxing.

We didnt really get to utilise the facilities fully. If you plan on using the swimming pool, do not that that is a pathway within the restaurant to get to the swimming pool. Its depth is at 1.75M. So those who are not good at swimming please be aware.

Overall great stay, and i would definitely come back here for my business trip or leisure trip the next time.

Dulunya hotel ini bernama Novotel Hotel. Sempat bingung juga, waktu seorang teman menginfokan bahwa ia menginap di hotel travelodge batam. Setelah melihat foto luarnya, ternyata bangunan hotel novotel dulu

Clean place. Just need a little more attention to detail. Would have loved it if the balcony was as clean as the room. The staff are lovely and so are the common folk of this town. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to both couples and friends alike.

Fasilitas kenyamanan kebersihan bagus, hanya satu kekurangannya, di atas jam 10 malam sudah tidak bisa pesan room service, semoga ke depan room service bisa 24 jam.

They provide place for Jumat praying, and there is all you can eat menu for lunch every Friday. Good.

Staff friendly, room OK. Not near to any shopping malls. Fortunately the hotel provides shuttle bus to the major malls. You are on your own on the return trip though, which is quite annoying.

Kebetulan tamu dari timor leste datang dan menginap disini.dengan banyak fasilitas dan dekat kemana saja.

Tempat nya kurang bersi. Kamar yg sy dapet udara nya kurang fresh dan tidak bisa buka jendela. Walaupun itu, harga nya lumayan oke

restoran yang Bagus dengan pelayan yang cekatan dan profesional, sarapan pagi yang banyak menunya, sampai bingung menentukan pilihan,
Front office yang ramah tamah, pelayanan laundry yang cepat, teknisi yang sigap dan sangat membantu, kamar yang bersih, kasur yang empuk, ac yang sejuk, kamar mandi yang Bagus dan bersih dengan handuk yang memadai serta peralatan mandi yang memadai, di lokasi yang strategis dengan harga kamar yang tidak terlalu mahal.
Patut di singgahi untuk bermalam di Kota Batam nan cantik.

Be careful, there is a scam operating out of this hotel where they ask for the deposit in cash then won't return it on check out or afterwards - do not fall it for and do not place deposit in cash.

Hotel deket dengan pasar seken yg adanya di pagi hari. (klo beruntung dapet tas merk harga kaki lima)

The view is beautiful there are so many instragammable spot; the clean room; the food breakfast many choice and delicious

A surprisingly good 4 star hotel. To be honest i have yet to have anything to complain about. Staff were absolutely friendly, transportation free for trips nearby even for my group of 31 pax! The rooms are spacious and great. Comes with balcony! Very family and business friendly hotel definitely. I am quite surprised it is pretty quiet even for a long weekend for singaporeans who resides nearby. Definitely worth the money.

Makanya so so sih, kamarnya mah ok, kolam renangnya kurang bagus. Bintang 4, deket harbour bay jalan kaki deket

Would have been giving 5 stars if not due to their swimming poor war closing for renovation. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. One thing which is important for me is the gym facility. Although, it is a bit old, however is the most comprehensive gym in the hotel I have ever been. The staff are very friendly, which made the staying even more pleasant.
