Tempatnya seperti di tengak pusat kota, kesana kemari gak terlalu jauh! Tempatnya juga bersih:)

This is one of the housing in batam island. Which is a very strategic spot. Only 2 minutes to Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB), 10 minutes to BCS Mall, 20 Minutes to Nagoya Hill Mall, etc. There a lot of houses offer a place to be rent to the students who are studying in UIB.
