Lokasi yg sangat strategis dan makanan yg sangat enak dan thanks you untuk cheff diwa sudah siapkan makanan saya di jam 5 subuh, makanya sangat enak dan sangat rekomendasi kalo cheff diwa masak.

The most enjoyable breakfast I have cos they have employ a very friendly staff- Adelina. She always have a smiling face no matter how busy she is. She also remembers what you have the previous day.
The bell guy - I don’t have his name but he was working on the 10/11 evening. He also very helpful. My mum who is above 85 was walking back fr Grand Batam Mall he saw my other family members which the hotel first n he came out to the main road n walk with my mum n me back to the hotel.

It not 4 or 5 star hotel but the overall services are very good.

Only the down side that we hope the bathroom will have detached shower head.

Lobby is under renovation. However, the good service and friendly attitude of the staff makes this place still a good place to stay.
I like the covenience of the Nasi Padang stall opposite the road but crossing the road is dangerous.
If I can comment something negative is that.as most hotels in Batam, they like to put Smoking point just outside the main door of the Hotel.
This I detest. As I hate the smell of cigarettes.
So to go in and out of the door to the hotel you have to pass a group of taxi drivers and whoever puffing foul cigarettes. This I do not appreciate.
And the outdoor cafe seems to be also a karaoke. This is a bad idea to me because the lousy loud singing I can hear from my 5th floor room.
Why this is bad because thru Agoda we can choose a ' quiet' room. They did give me a room not facing the road. So I appreciate this but the bad singing I do not like.
I will stay here again as I still like this hotel and also because of the good staff.

Nice decent hotel, just cleanliness can be improve. Service is awesome. Breakfast is good. Gym needs to be serviced. But for a simple good night stay, I'll recommend it anytime.

Tiny room, dusty, air conditioning terrible. For this price I can get better hotel around. Location is ok.

Basic hotel, clean and decent. We came here last minute. They only had a smoking room and were nice enough to let us see the room first before confirming. The smoking room didn't smell. Their staff are nice and helpful.

Hotel is 5 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall.
15 mins walk to BCS Mall.
I was given a toothbrush that have been opened. Luckily I realise it first.please check first guys before you use their tooth brush. Lights in the room are too dim but it's fine. Alot of shop houses around the area. They are doing a renovation for now at the restaurant and lobby area. I guess they are improving their layout.

Budget hotel just for a night stay. It is close to market and Grand Batam is high is just about a stone throw away. Worth the value and recommended. The hotel staffs were also friendly and helpful.

I only go there to eat la pizza. So i never slept in the inn before so i only give 3 stars
Ah.u must eat the pizza! It"s the crispy type thin pizza that r not oily at all! And the taste was soo good

Not really comfortable for me though it os located near to small restautants and a mall. I found my room too humid and smelled mouldy as if the room was not occupied for a really long time. Well the reception told me that the window of the non-smoking room is never opened. The carpet, the sheet, the bed cover felt wet and smells bad, too. They are like not being dried up properly. I used essential oil to get rid of the smell, but somehow it stayed. Luckily, i just stayed one night and checked out in the morning.

Surprisingly good. Other than a leaking aircon, which was fixed pretty quickly, everything was fine.

The place is nice N comfy N the staff there is so good N polite.it's something that can't forget hope have the chance too go there again.

Hotel look old, not very convenience to find foods, if you wish to go nearest mall, you have to cross the dangerous big road

Good place with good price for whoever want to have stay while traveling Batam. Have two type room for smoker or non-smoker and many class of suit. The staff is good and polite.

Convenient place in baloi area. Walking distance to food and shopping joint. Breakfast is great. Room is big, clean and has a small safe and bar fridge as well. Service staff friendly and attentive.

Hotel bintang yg paling bagus untuk jdi referensi trmpat mnginap di pusat kota batam, kemana mana dekat, dekat tempat makan, cafe dan resto disekitarnya, harganya terjangkau, dekat dgn Port Harbour dri Singapura.
