Di dalam Perumahan semua lengkap, ada pendidikan, pasar kaget, kolam renang umum untuk anak-anak, ada tempat gym
Perum premium di kawasan tj riau, fasilitas water boom, pasar bersih, sec 24jam, plasa dll
Nice housing complex. It is not that too crowded and people are nice too. Oh, the developer is still building some buldings but not too busy or noisy. Their masjid is also good, many people attending magrib or isya prayer.
The townhouses looks appealing and of good skillwork. Price is exorbitant considering the fact that is located in the rural area beside old housing complex. Far from Nagoya and Batam Centre. Own transport is a must as walking distance to mainroad takes about 10mins with no shelters along the way. The swimming pool and gym is well maintained. Not sure if this is a good housing investment. Could be worth a buy in the long run.
