Tidak jauh dari jalan raya. Di pinggir jalan raya banyak penjual makanan. Ada ayam gepuk Pak Gembus, ada jual martabak, ada nasi goreng, ada Indomaret, dll.

I booked this hotel for my transit in Batam before I moved to my boarding house. I stayed here 4D3N. To me this hotel is cozy for its class as a 2 stars-hotel. I booked a deluxe room with affordable price at traveloka. The room is very cozy and the room facilities are outstanding for its class. The location is very strategic within the compound of greenland ruko where many food vendors are available as well as other services such as a gym, indomart, alfamart, laundry, copy center, and etc.
Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay to me in this hotel before I move to my boarding house.

This hotel certainly needs lots of servicing & upkeeping. Recently I booked a deluxe room with window & breakfast. We were allocated a room on level 3. This room has broken bed lamp exposing the glass right above our head. The laminations at the corners of the wardrobe door and table were broken, peeled & exposing sharp jagged edges. The toilet is so dirty like it hasnt been scrubbed for decades. We're ok with small and unfancy room but filthy is not what we expected. We were then moved to another room on the same level and this room has another surprise waiting for us. Waited for 3 hours for the aircon but room remain hot & stuffy. They moved us again to another room on level 2 but windowless (which is not what we booked & paid for). Oh well, we were too tired to care anymore as it was meant for 1 night transit, thank God, but never coming back again.

The boss is very friendly, the staff is very dedicated, the hot and cold water is very easy to use, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is worthy of praise

Lokasinya terbaik, di tengah kota. Dekat ke pelabuhan feri, mall, tempat makan bermacam macam pilihan ada.
Saya nginap 5 hari, dan kamar tidak pernah di bersihkan, dan ditambah air minum. Alasannya karena tidak minta, hari kedua minta di bersihkan, tetap saja tidak dibersihkan sampai check out.
Deposit 100 rb
Break fast standar nasi sayur lauk, roti bakar, selai strawberry dan nanas, kopi dan teh. Minus buah saja.

Tempat bersih. Lokasi dekat ke tempat jajanan dan makanan dan juga dekat ke batam centre poin

Standard hotel with standard room. Location in Batam Center. Close to harbour, shopping center.

+Kamar mandi bersih.ukuran kamar standar, cukup, tidak besar.

There's a rat at my room that ripped my jacket and they didn't even take any responsibility. They just keep asking for a proof meanwhile i've already went there and met the receptionist while showing my ripped jacket and keep saying that "we've never received any type of that complain". Well guess what? You received it now and you do nothing. Good job Greenland Hotel

Sangat amat worth it dengan harganya, pelayanan ramah, fast respon, bersih, complain solving nya juga cepet. Bakal datang next time lagiiii

Harga bersahabat. 162rb via traveloka sudah dapat kamar superior. Sedia AC, TV, Air mandi panas/dingin. Strategis karena di pusat kota. Satu saja masalah di awal, buka kamar di sambut kecoa

Hotel bagus, pelayanan baik, cuma ada pengalaman jelek, di kamar sebelah berisik, teriak teriak smpe jam 02.00 malam jadi mengganggu,

Lokasi strategis untuk backpacker, dekat dengan kuliner untuk pagi siang malam. Bukan buat hunian wisata.

Saya nginap 4 hari.harga dan kamar ok la.saya baru minta dibersihkan dihari ke 3, dipagihari ke 4 saya minta diganti sprei dan bed cover. Sore nya saya kembali kehotel dan bertanya apakah sudah diganti, jawabnya sudah, sy tny kembali apakah yakin, jawabnya yakin, saya kekamar dan mendapati bed cover belum diganti karena ada bercak darah 1cm dari luka punggung saya dibed cover. Baru kemudian saya kasih tahu dan tungguin mereka ganti bedcover saya. Besok sy pindah hotel saja deh

Hotel dg harga termurah utk lokasinya.boking online dapat harga 170K.tp ya harga sesuai kualitas.kamar mandi udh ada air panas. Ac kurang dingin n berbunyi. Chekin n check out gada masalah.ojol boleh jemput.

Utk skedar cek point boleh lah. Harga aplikasi tk suai dgn deskrisi.
Dekat dgn daerah kuliner dan d pusat kota batam.
AC ny slow respon,
Serba hijau.

Untuk sekedar refresh dan cek point sementara oke. Kamar sdh ada air panasnya. Deket tempat kuliner banyak

Ternyata!
Penuh dengan keramahan, kebersihan.di kelilingi oleh lingkungan warung yang berkelas, tidak jauh (dekat).
