Grands I Hotel Batam

This is I would say one of the better hotels in batam why so?
1) the bathtub
2) a decent pool and gym
3) very walkable distance to nagaoya shopping mall

Just some nitpicking was some room bathtubs its definitely spoil like the tap is not working (which was initially my room assigned) so I had to change room unfortunately. The breakfast also wasn't exactly Indonesian authentic and is pretty average with an omelette bar. There's maybe 1 or 2 above average dishes like the curry chicken and prawn dumplings but well its just average.

Overall I had a great time here, its really decent enough for a short stay here for those who prefer shopping and convenience which is what this hotel really is about.

Tempat ideal buat stay di Batam saat business trip. Lokasi di Nagoya dan dekat ke pusat perdagangan. Kamar luas dan nyaman, daj dilengkapi guling:)
Tersedia kolam renang dan fitness centre utk menjaga kebugaran.
Lift dilengkapai sensor kunci agar dapat berhenti di lantai yg dituju (sesuai lokasi kamar). Dengan demikian, selain tamu hotel, orang lain tidak dapat akses menuju kamar.
Bagi tamu yg datang dengan pesawat Garuda Indonesia, di sini terdapat kantor Garuda yg dapat melayani city check in. Tersedia sepeda untuk disewa. Memiliki akses langsung ke Nagoya Hill Mall.

Nice place. The room was good except that I spotted some mold in the bathroom. Also the view from.my room was straight towards the roof of one lower block, but that is okay.
The service is very good. But the lobby needs some more light, in my opinion.
The vehicle traffic in the courtyard is a bit annoying. And a bit of carelessness too. They need the traffic rules inside the premises more defined.

Front officenya jutek dan tidak ramah. Standart pelayananya mohon diperbaiki, FO harusnya good looking bermakeup natural minimal gak pucet dan ramah sama customer. Handling complain harap ditanggapi serius

Pokoknya is the best lah hotelnya
- horor kamarnya sering bunyi2 yang tidak diketahuinya

Salah satu hotel yg recommended di Batam dari sekian banyak hotel bintang 3+. Kamarnya oke, makanan oke, pelayanan oke, akses lumayan dekat dengan Nagoya.

Nilai plus lain, ada kantor Garuda Indonesia sehingga memudahkan bila ada urusan tiket.

Very good for business personnel and also for families.great location and good facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying here.

Swimming pool.small but clean and nice view. Biggest shopping center is just next door or even back door!

It's a business hotel. Near nagoya hill mall, near jabal arafah mosque and definitely a nice place to stay

A comfortable 4-star hotel which served good breakfast and has a backdoor walkway to go Nagoya Hill shopping mall.

Cosy hotel and conveniently located next to nagoya mall. Frontline staff are also very professional and polite.

Hotel bintang 4 yang letaknya ditengah kota dan terintegrasi dengan pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di kota Batam menjadikan hotel ini selalu ramai, lebih akhir pekan.
Dan berbagai kegiatan seperti halnya seminar bisa dilakukan disini.
Kamar yang luas.
Lobby yang elegan dan nyaman.
Akan tetapi karpet di lorong kamar sudah mulai usang.

Came back today for the second time. As usual, the hotel is near to nagoya hill where you can do your shopping, having a meal or pampering yourself to a good massage.

3 months back i left some of my shopping items in the room. Only to realise the items were missing when i reached home. Not an expensive stuff so we decided not to brag about it.

So 3 months later, we came back and try to see if they had found the items, it surprised me when they say "iya pak, barangnya ada. Sebentar lagi kami hantar ke kamar bapak ya" yes sir, we have the items, we will sent it to your room later.

The item is well kept in a bag and im so proud of them for taking good care of their guests belongings.

Mantap banget Grands i Hotel!

Gak nginapa disini sih, cuma datengin acara pesta temannya teman yg kebetulan saat itu kita lg d Batam. Kayanya hotelnya bagus. Lumayan besar gitu.

Walking distance from Nagoya Shopping Mall. Good and comfortable bed. During my 3days 2 nights stay, the breakfast selection is quite limited and repeating.

Kamarnya luas, tapi kurang suka dengan karpet lantainya yang berdebu. Letaknya strategis dekat perbelanjaan Nagoya.

Location is great, right beside Nagoya Hill Mall with a back gate leading straight to it. Service was good and staff were attentive and accommodating, making our check-in process quick and painless. The deluxe room I stayed in was spacious and the amenities were modern and sufficient. Definitely would recommend a stay here if looking for somewhere near the shopping center of Batam.

Sangat bagus, nyaman, bersih, dekat pusat perbelanjaan nagoya mall dan kuliner hanya saja space ruang makan perlu diperluas dan menu agar lebih bervariasi.trima kasih

Best place to stay. Hotel is so near to nagoya mall. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast buffet is not bad.
