Very bad, dishonest, what u choose was not what u eat and still can argue with u, very bad service.

Black shop! Black shop! Black shop! All live seafood comes into the kitchen and is replaced secretly.
Highly not recommended. Buy live seafood ended up serving with fake quality. Don't eat here.

A dishonest restaurant. The fish they served was different in size from the one I picked, and it didn't taste fresh.

The front manager was not honest about the live sea food we ordered and turn out to be smaller than what we choose and order. The total bill was way more expensive.

Makanannya lumayan enak.tapi menu sapi lada hitamnya alot
Toiletnya jorok.
Peralatan di toiletnya banyak yg ga berfungsi
Aliran air di kran dan selang cebok toilet juga kecil
Area tempat wudhu' mushollanya di ruang terbuka, jadi kurang nyaman untuk kaum perempuan

Tempatnya lumayan enak apa lagi makanan nya yg paling favorit keluarga kami adalah cumi tepungny n udang gorengnya benar

Overall a 1 star experience, lacking in customer service.we're a group of 6 adults and 2 young children.we had dinner here on 29 July.when we arrived, we were impressed by how huge the place was & the number of tables it could host.we were told to sit at "tables with pink table cloth only". Once seated, a waitress tried to take our order but there was communication barrier because we couldnt speak much bahasa indonesia, only english.so waitress got another waiter who could speak better english to take our orders:

2.chilli crab
3.salted egg yolk squid
4.eggplant
5.three big coconut
6.calsberg
7.hot water
8.tofu on hotplate
9.mantou for chilli crab
10.kailan
11.youtiao

the first seven items got to our table pretty fast.after a long time, the waitress asked if our item 8 has arrived.we listed items 8 to 11 that have not arrived.she went to check, came back with item 8 & tried to communicate that the other items were "not ordered".

by then we had waited for a pretty long time and were getting restless.so after a few rounds of communication barrier, exasperated, we told her "nevermind". She broke into a wide smile & said "thank you". There was no follow up or service recovery.while some of the dishes like the steam crab and salted egg yolk squid were delicious, the service quality was utterly disappointing.our bill was 1.1 million rp but we left dissatisfied.overall a 1 star experience.

Food was great, prices are ok. Order rice half of what you usually order. We only ordered for 4 and they gave us rice good for 8-10 pax

Kami pas makan disini kebetulan sedang ada promo masing-masing dimasak Rajungan Sambal Padang dan Ikan asem manis serta Udang nestum sotong goreng tepung, boleh kawan2 coba, soal rasa dan citra masakan tidak mengecewakan, pelayanan juga memuaskan, hanya penerangan kurang, walaupun siang maunya kalau pas ada tamu dinyalain lah lampunya, terima kasih.

Tempat yang cocok buat rombongan besar.
Kita makan di atas kolam buatan yang di bawah nya kita bisa melihat ikan berenang serta bisa feeding ikan (cocok jika menbawa anak2).
Utk seafood fresh nya bisa anda langsung pilih dengan harga yang cukup terjangkau.
Dari udang lobster hingga kerang kerangan tersedia.
(Cuma sedikit saran ke pemilik RM utk membahkan beberapa jenis sambal, maklum type org org Indonesia yg dominan semua makanan harus di barengi cabe). Thanx!

Saran saya.beli yang paket.masakan nya uenakk tenan.tidak pake lama nunggunya.semua bahan segar.sy sdh berkali2.makan disini.blm pernah kecewa.bravo.

Tempatnya bagus, nyaman, seafoodnya enak2 dan murah, TAPI harga sayur nya mahal banget, sayur kangkung porsi kecil 60.000 sama harganya dengan harga seafood

One of the best sea food restaurants in Batam. Nice view, yummy sea food. U should try their "sea food with Padang Sauce" it is amazing.

Menu seafoodnya mantap. Jika anda makan lebih dari 6 orang sebaiknya pesan menu paket, ada paket 800k, 850k, 900k dan 960k, saya rekom paket 800k sudah cukup untuk 6 sd 8 orang, lebih hemat, paket ini adalah paket lengkap nasi berlimpah dan lauk seafood lengkap dan tumis kangkung, serta minum air kemasan botol 600ml, jika ingin memesan minuman tambahan dan menu lainnya bisa, tetapi harga diluar paket yang sudah dipilih

Menurut saya tempat ini bagus tapi dari segi makanan seperti tidak di perhatikan. Nasi nya terlalu keras dan seperti masih beras. For seafood its good and low budget.

Place is nature yes. Toilet too dirty, food too expensive. We ordered for 1 each bur sent us 2 orders and asked us to still pay.

Best thing is before you place your type of food to cook, you have to choose your seafood fresh from so call pond.

The worst restaurant I've ever been in, the food arrived different times, most of the food was uneatible, then we watched a cat eat left overs from the table, wrong.

Overall, seafood is good and fresh. On the other hand, this restaurant tends to overcharge foreigners by A LOT if given the chance. Would recommend if you're looking for good seafood but be prepared to pay quite a bit.

Last time I ate here, they give me a not good sauce for crab. I think the sauce is not fresh. Ambience also not so good.
