Crown Vista Batam Hotel

Aku sukak banget tempat ini.
2 kali kesini.kalo malam pemandangannya indah tapi kurang privasi krna tamu kamar sebelah bisa masuk dan liat2 ke kamar2 sebelah2nya.

Vista hotel Batam. Tempat yg mungkin tidak akan terlupakan.
Suasana yg tenang menambah kita makin betah untuk berlama-lama di hotel ini.

Management really needs to work on the restaurant package dining options and D’Nest bar; A bartender should always be available during happy hour.
Yenni, Spa Manager came to discuss our previous review. She was very concerned and helpful with stating she would speak to management about our concerns. Hotel room was nice and staff in general was very friendly.

Hotel has shuttle service to various malls which was great. The staff were very friendly and service was excellent!

Hotel yang ada restoran Shangrilla, cocok sekali untuk mengadakan pesta pernikahan, acara keluarga, acara kantor, pesta ulang tahun, dll.
Makanannya enak, tidak mengecewakan, pelayanan juga baik, tempat bagus dan bersih ️

Pelayanan hotel vista kurang hangat, karena kondisi pada hari biasa yang sepi. Berbeda dengan hari besar. Fasilitas yang besar dan mewah bersejarah, sebagian kurang terawat.

Nobody else staying except us but still got people stay. The hotel room and staff was very good

Located on the hill where you can see batam from above which it is beautiful during night. The location was far from the shopping mall so it not convenience if you need go for shopping and look for food. However the room was kinda run down and give me some creepy feel.

My favourite hotel to stay, located on the hill so that you can see batam from above, its so beautiful when night comes, because you can see so many lights just like a million of stars. An awesome place to relax.

Pelayanan nya sangat jelek tidak ada standar kerja sama sekali, apalagi marketing wedding nya tidak bisa KERJA (TIDAK NGERTI SOP)

The stay was ok, though some of the rooms (we went as a group) were pretty run down and thus, kind of creepy. I like how they decorated the interior, some parts were quite cool.

1. Pelayanan nya sombong. Tdk perduli sama tamu.
2. Makanan kurang enak.

Hotel yang eksklusif dengan pemandangan kota Batam yang indah. Terletak di atas bukit yang memudahkan pengunjung untuk menikmati keindahan kota Batam dari hotel ini. Pelayananya ramah. Hanya saja area parkir perlu diperluas. Soal harga mungkin dikategorikan eksklusif juga.

Very nice view, on the top of the hill, city facing, very pleasant and helpfull staff. There is bar and restaurant over there, u can enjoy the food and drinks with live music band.

Hotel ditengah kota yg terletak di atas bukit, bagus untuk menikmati pemandangan kota Batam di malam hari

Tempatnya di atas bukit dan melihat pemandangan yang indah serta bagus untuk jogging di pagi atau sore hari

This hotel is somewhat dated, but the view is quite something as it situated on hill.thus there's an over view of the island itself.

The location of the hotel is on the top of a hill with a nice view of the town. The food is good and there is durian plantation behind.if you're a durian lover, this is your place!

Ballroom nice.idk bout room other flor but room in the basement is 2.5 stars, the bathtub save it.lunch ok, dinner ok, breakfast need improve.service very nice

I was looking forward to staying there when I first corresponded with the hotel manager via email. I was impressed by his swift response and efficiency at how he arranged my ferry booking, hotel accommodation and land transfer. My heart sank when I first arrived at the hotel as it appeared tired and worn out. Besides the lukewarm reception I received when I checked in, I was utterly dismayed by how clearly I could hear the TV next door as well as bad karaoke singing from the main hall just within a few minutes of settling myself in the room. The condition of the bathroom also left much to be desired judging by the cracked sink and stained bathtub. The breakfast spread was rather disappointing as the food was mostly not covered and as a result, exposed to the atmosphere. A lesson I acquired from this experience was not to trust every positive review posted on TripAdvisor and to exercise better judgement instead of going through another regrettable episode again in the future.
