I have been a customer at Miracle, Natasha and Martha Tilaar here in Surabaya for many years, but after visiting Jayanata yesterday im ready to bring my business only to here in the future.
Why?
Well, not only is the place big, beautiful, clean, comfortable and relaxing.which are all important factors of course,
but the customer service is the BEST!
They didnt try to force you to buy all kinds of expensive products or ampulls or whatever during your treatment like they do in some places, here no.
On the contrary, she adviced me not to take the moore expensive treatment that i planned, because i was in the sun 2 hours swimming yesterday and my skin was a bit red from that
So i took the basic facial.

And she also did a marvellous job with my jungle eyebrows just like that, trimmed the down so i look like a normal human beeing again, than you (that was not part of the package)
Very very good service and good job done, im superhappy.
And im not the easiest girl to please.

Nice place to buy many things for beauty purpose, you can also consult with aestethic doctor and do some treatment for face beauty, parking area too small

Facial di Jayanata jl Mawar kombes pol duryat, disana dengan teraphist bernama Ibu Lili. Sakiit bgt sampai2 hidung saya infeksi krn luka sampai akhirnya saya ganti therapist dan kata dokter jayanata, luka saya akn sembuh selama satu minggu lalu saya disarankan membeli obat luar di apotek salep utk Luka. Kecewa, s
udah bayar mahal, infeksi, obat suruh beli sendiri dan hidung saya hitam2 selama seminggu

Klinik kecantikan yg ada dokternya. Tempatnya oke dan nyaman. Cuma syg banget ak ga cocok sm produknya T. T uda nyoba2. Jadi sukany beli masker2nya

Kalau ke Surabaya. Wajib mampir ke Jayanata. Koleksi makeup sampai dengan perawatan, ada di sini.

The therapist is really helpful and well knowledged, especially about the products, wifi service is available, parking area with vallet service is also provided. They have a lot of great deals for members from discounts, vouchers, and many more. Not only for skin, there is a salon, gym, and cafe to pamper customers. I really enjoy spending money here anyway.

This place is clean and service is great. They provide wide variety of beauty products brands such as shiseido, clarins, glam glow, etude and many more.

Good service for each department, from security, front desk, till beauty therapist (i guess), large parking ground with good security and its free, much discount for cosmetic products and perfumes
