Destinasi favorit tiap hari Jumat. Depot masakan Bali Saraswati, porsi pas, harga ok, pelayanannya super ramah dan hommy. Siobak Singarajanya bikin nagih karena beda banget, Ibu nya suka explore masakan experiment sendiri jadi rasanya memang beda dari yang lain. Dibanding sama masakan Bali lain saya suka disini karena ga terlalu pedas dan babinya jg empuk.

I think this babi guling is one of the best babi guling in town I've ever tried. The seller is from Bali and they are very nice. They opened in Jalan Dharmahusada, Surabaya before, but now it is closed and they open in Anusapati, Sidoarjo. Price is about 30000 to 40000 rupiah for 1 portion but it is worth it. Non halal food. And my favourite dish of all time is sio-bak singaraja! Nice mixture of tauco and crispy pork with hot rice!

One of the restaurant in Surabaya where you can eat Balinese Pork rice. The favorite meal here is either Suckling Pig Mixed Rice or Siobak Singaraja, both are famous and nice!

I'm their loyal customer for almost 3 years. This is the place where you can taste authentic Balinese traditional menu. Yes it is hot and spicy, but very tasty. Try Siobak Singaraja (Roast Pork with special brown tangy sauce with fermented soy sauce) if you're afraid of spicy food.

Best Babi Guling in the town for me! Saraswati's is not oily and it tastes is just right, there are some other popular Babi guling places, but I'd prefer Saraswati every time. The place is clean and the service is awesome.
