Overall hotelnya bagus.cuma tidak ada kulkas aja, jadi kalau bawa makanan bayi susah, harus titip di restoran

Modern contemporary hotel architecture.it has a nice view to mountains and woods.located near infamous taman safari.although the room size relatively small, it is neat and clean.the restaurant menu varies and tastes good.especially for lamien mie it tastes super good for me.

There are some facilities you, your family, or your co-workers can enjoy before you jump around to some place at puncak or go to annual meeting.some are included to the room cost and some need additional charge.one more thing the wifi sometimes inaccessible at certain time.well it's a very nice experience having a 3d2n staying at this hotel

Hotelnya mewah, sangat asri. Dekat dengan taman safari, sangat luar hotel nya. Harganya mahal, tapi sebanding

Good food, nice view, clean and tidy room. You can do many activities here not only relaxing or refreshing. A child-friendly hotel in Puncak, Bogor.

Sangat bagus, tidak di kenai biaya masuk, bisa bebas untuk main di wilayah lapangan yang bisa main layangan, main badminton, main basket, untuk foto foto sangat banyak tempat instagramable, lightingnya juga sangat bagus. Namun untuk restoran menu buffetnya tidak terlalu enak

Pesona alam resort dgn suasana alam yg indah sangat cocok untuk tempat istirahat serta kumpul sama keluarga

Superb cool for 4th stars hotel and villa. We have plenty choices for lunch and breakfast. Free rides to go to the villa or pine forest. There are some coffe shops, The Lake House is the beautiful one. Free games tho, you can play xbox billiard cards pingpong mini soccer mini golf basketball trampoline gym etc. There are karaoke room, horse riding in the morning, paint ball, but these kinda games are not free.

Overall semuanya bagus, mulai dr pemandangan, fasilitas lengkap dan sgt modern, kamarnya juga bagus, bersih dan saya kebetulan menginap di kamar superior mountain view, pemandangan nya masyaa Allah indah bgt.kolom renangnya ada air hangatnya juga jd aman buat yg bawa baby dan balita.pelayananya juga cepat dan ramah. Cuma saya kecewanya itu setelah urusan pembayaran dll, masuk kekamar itu nunggu sampe 2 jam.baru masuk jam 4 sore. Tp insyaa Allah mau balik lagi nanti.

Hotel modern dengan pemandangan alam yg bagus. Dekat dengan Taman safari. Tersedia kolam renang dgn air hangat. Fasilitas sepeda dan taman bermain anak juga kebun binatang mini jg ada. Makanan nya enak dan pelayanan nya ramah. Weekend selalu penuh. Super recommended.

We loved every bits and every mins spent there. Pack with kids activities.very children friendly. Staffs are amazing, very clean. Our fave were to get buggy ride every where in the resort.oh the Lake House Restaurant.excellent food and very instagramable.less than 5 mins from taman Safari also a plus point

The hotel is much cleaner than the villa and has better scenery and closer to the facilities around. They have lots of playgrounds indoor and outdoor. The infinity pool is also great to take a picture. The villa is cheaper for bigger family but the window shades, electricity neexs to be fixed and maintained

Nice place to relax and a lot of interaction activity offered within the hotel. Nearby Taman Safari which one of key advantages.

Kunjungan untuk yang kesekian kali, destinasi setelah seharian ke taman safari. Hotelnya nyaman, pelayanan ok, kamar bersih, fasilitas banyak banget dr karaoke, billiard, sepeda & fasilitas untuk anak anak lebih banyak lagi. Tempat kongkow juga banyak jd klo sdh di hotel ga perlu kemana mana lagi.

The villa, pools and playgrounds are all great!
The real value though is in the cafes, petting zoo, activities and the golf carts.
The place is really spaced out with steep hills but the free golf cart transport makes traversing the place a cinch!
The rooms are lovely and feel like a genuine experience. Wi-Fi is free too.

Makannya enak. Tapi terlalu western menunya. View nya bagus. Kalau terlalu crowded kurang nyaman. Karena obrolan org2 d sekitar bakal kedengaran.

Good place to spend a holiday with family. Many facilities for children, and they have a warm water pool (so you can still soak even the weather were cold). The minus are the kids club and kids playground inside the restaurant which unclean, and seem were rarely cleaned.
The food was great.and the room was neat.
