Apartemen di atas mall detos, ada tower 1 dan 2.
Akses masuk bisa lewat jalur pejalan kaki arah parkiran motor lalu lurus terus menuju bumame.
Atau kalau naik kendaraan bisa ke P10.
Kalau kirim2 paket juga di P10. Kalau masuk dari mall lurus terus dibelakang Mr. DIY untuk tower 1

Fasum ada kolam renang dan jogging track katanya mau ada gym juga tapi g tau bayar berapa.

Kamar lumayan luas sih. Listrik disini bukan token.
Enaknya Kalau belanja dari hypermart bisa bawa troli sampe keatas apart.

I lived in Parkview for two years (in and out because of the Pandemic). But truly lived there for a short period of 6 months. I think for the asking price, the building itself is okay. If you pick the right landlord and the right unit, I think living in Parkview can be pretty good. I lived on a Studio in the 21st floor. The room is a bit high up so its reasonably cold even on afternoons. Windows are not sealed properly so they tend to leak water when rain season comes (hence flooding the room). Another thing is the fire alarms. They go off maybe three to four times when I lived here for no reason (my room was near the elevator so the noise was very inconvenient). Elevators are a nightmare in the mornings since everyone is going to class at the same time (Pre-COVID). There’s also only two sets of elevators and one is often turned off for maintenance or cost-cutting measures. The renovated pools did improve the maintenance price I was paying but the Apartment common spaces was not as good as it should be. Since I consider Parkview more of a “Student Accommodation”, I’ve never really given it any thought as an actual place to live in. I think for the most part, its definitely not too bad and the Staff are friendly (Security patrol around often and cleaning staff tend to the grounds). Aside from that, access cards are needed to enter the lobbies. But since the property is located on the back of the Depok Town Square Mall, many people get confused as how to access the property (packages). Its also adjacent to a nearby intercity train station so the noise might be burdensome for light sleepers and those living in the lower floors facing opposite of Margonda Street. On the bright side, it does offer some of the most breathtaking views of Universitas Indonesia right from your backyard!

Ini apartemen bagus sebenarnya, langsung akses ke mall turun, cuma agak susahh bingung buat yg baru pertama kesini karena masuk bisa lewat lantai G (dalem mall / luar mall tepat belakang mall) sama lantai P10 apartemen / lantai 2 Mall, semua masuk pakai akses, security ga ada di Lobi, mau apa2 susah. Gedung kurang terawat padahal unitnya bagus & luas. Lift berfungsi cuma 1 tiap tower & ada 2 tower. Banyak ruang kosong entah buat apa di lantai P14. Sayang sekali karena maintenecae yang minus padahal area sekitar swimming pool & garden di lantai 1 sangat bisa dijadikan jogging track & wahan bermain anak jika dibenahi lagi terutama penghijauan nya karena disini cukup gersang mengingat diatas mall & gedung2 UI jadi gedung2 pembuangan gas/udara mesin terasa, saya di mares 4 adem ga segersang disini & cukup terganggu dengan suara mesin kipas AC gedung sebelah (sepertinya) 24 jam nonstop: (. Kalau dirawat lagi & penghijauan diperhatikan pasti bagus ini apartemen. Tapi enaknya troli supermarket bisa dibawa sampai depan unit, ga semua apartemen diperbolehkan walaupun letak apartemen diatas mall.

Nomor tidak pernah diangkat sekalipun padahal masih jam masuk, air suka mati saat saya datang kesini, di lantai 1 sering tidak ada orang yang berjaga padahal office disitu

I book through Airbnb an apartment to stay near my girlfriend to prepare our wedding. I moved from Margo Hotel to one of those apartments. Now i regret. In the bathrooms are worms and they are always showing up. The apartment is in the 20th floor and the room number is 2 PV. 2003. This is a big no-go.
