A very pleasant place to visit with family, had a very enjoyable moments there. All the staff were very friendly, specially at “Breakfast” we were very well served by Anna (thank you so much), and also at “afternoon tea ” time - a special warm thank you to Mas Teguh (tahu susunya) very good

Nyaman banget hotelnya. Pelayanan sangat ramah. Yang paling mantep tuh aktivasi kegiatan di hotel ini banyak, baik buat anak-anak sampai orang dewasa. Buat anak-anaknya bisa main ke playground yang sangat proper, untuk orang dewasa ada kegiatan yoga di pagi hari. Amenitiesnya mantep banget beneran bisa ga usah bawa perlengkapan mandi karena disediainnya di botol gede dan wangi banget pake Sensatia Botanicals! Di kamar pun sudah disediakan hair dryer sampai setrikaan.

Overall building need finishing touch for renovations. Lunch ala carte should be more faster in delivery. Breakfast menu options is absolutely excellent. Happiness survey is not needed and might be considered with interception perception. Standard room need balcony (for renovations). Lobby is too small and packed while in busiest hours. The mushala need further finishing touch and even better a total renovations with view to the hills. Adventure park need more upgrade. Meeting services and features are excellent. Highly appreciate for the late check out policy. A memorable experience while you are staying.

Lokasi Padma hotel di Ciumbeluit atas, sudah arah Lembang. Cukup terpencil.
Tapi fasilitas hotel cukup lengkap.
Disediakan snack sore untuk tamu hotel.
Karena terletak di lereng bukit, sehingga kamar berada di bawah, agak berbeda dengan hotel pada umum nya yang biasa kamar di lantai atas.
Hotel Padma cukup luas dan beraih terawat.
Staff ramah dan sopan dan bisa membantu kebutuhan tamu hotel.

State of the art illumination and intetior design. Don't forget to peer over the windows while you're on top and look high up while you're probably enjoying swimming on the infinity pool. Its rather disclosed location makes it the perfect holiday getaway.

Great hotel, great room. If you have kids, this is one of the best with many activities for kids like animal feeding, outbound area with flying fox, nice pool with warm water and one pool with hot water (39 degrees). The food is very good too. Breakfast menu great, room service menu is also delicious with reasonable price. The pizza and soto is good. Pasta also great. The steak is tempting but haven't tried

What a beautiful view! I came to this hotel with my wife and never regret it. This hotel has a beautiful view. Locate near on the high ground on Bandung with fresh air. From the hotel you can see forest and river. Luckily i got a room with pool view and forest view. From the restaurant you can also see this view. Get a breakfast here on the restaurant with the beuatiful morning view and delicious food. Thank you Padma for the experience.

I had known this place since its name was Chedi, then changed to Malya, the to Padma. I also had stayed here when it was Malya Hotel, the when it was changed to Padma, years ago.

The view is beautiful. The restaurant offers a 5-star food and service. The staff was willing to go the extra mile to help us Keep it up! Would like to visit and stay again some other time.

Beautiful n peacefull place to get a short escape. All staff are friendly. I got a perfect room face to a green forest n fish pond. They provide a variety outdoor activities for kids to do n all are free (horse riding is exceptional). Also indoor activities for adult like billiard. Breakfast are awesome, also provide afternoon tea time. Warm swimming pool just made ur day perfect.
