Fasilitas bagus, kamar juga nyaman. Ballroom dan pelayanan baik. Tapi kok mushallanya apek banget ya, ga nyaman sholatnya. Tolong diperbaiki lagi ok.

Strategically located near to city center. Rooms are just so so and their lighting is not well-designed. It seems like they want to combine white and yellow lamp. But the placement and combination seem just wrong.

Parking is spacious enough to accommodate the guests. Staffs are just so so as well, they don't express that much hospitality, but their service is not bad either. Just nothing special.

If you just need a place to crash for a short while for business trip, this place might be perfect. Otherwise, there are other hotels that offer better hospitality and service.

Kamar nya lumayan nyaman, sarapan nya enak, ada berbagai macam, masukan untuk area basement terlalu gelap, untuk pelayanan bagus, terima kasih untuk mas radit pelayanan nya

Great Experienced stay at this Hotel.
Location: in heart of Bandung City. Very strategic.
Room: large clean, and complete. Overall good condition.
Bathroom: large, clean, bathtub is awesome.
Parking: this hotel have a large parking.
Breakfast: Many kind of food. From traditional until western.
But, swimming pool is small. Need improve.
Staff is very helpfull.
Very satisfied stay at this hotel.
Recommended 4 stars hotel in Bandung City.

Dateng ke Novotel Bandung, saat mengisi training BRI Life. Hotelnya tidak jauh dari Stasiun Bandung:)

Tempat parkir oke, ballroom luas, mushola nyaman, dan restoran menampung lumayan banyak tempat duduk. Karena kesini dua kali hari rabu, makanan yang disajikan khas sunda.

Makanannya enak juga berbagai minumannya, Wellcome Drink, kopinya keren2, Baristanya Oke, suasananya nyaman, kamarnya bersih, stafnya ramah dan baik, terutama yg bernama mbak Novi, mas Aep untuk resepsionis, untuk pramusaji, mas Willy dan pak Faisal, house kippingnya juga cekatan, terima kasih untuk suprisenya, Saya merasa dihargai sekali sbg member Accorplus, Novotel Bandung memang, top markotop, sekitar hotel, ada kantor pos, bisa beli materai, ada kimia farma tuk beli obat, juga ada toko roti dan buah2an, depannya Alfamart, lengkap deh

We stayed for a night and booked a Superior room. The unit was on the 10th floor and quite spacious, fitted with elegant, contemporary furniture, a big bed, and full-height windows overlooking the northwest side of the town. There was a swivel working desk that we can push under the TV counter when unused, allowing for more space.

Contrary to the design of the main room, the bathroom looked "bold" in white and orange which, for me personally, appeared less elegant. The bathtub made a great addition to the bathroom and I spent the night relaxing in hot water.

The swimming pool was not as big as expected, but I guess kids would like it. There was also a game room for kids nearby the spa. I saw a young boy so immersed in an RPG game. Guess he was waiting for his mother enjoying some spa service.

Overall, the staying experience was pleasant. Staffs were friendly and helpful, and amenities were good. Looking forward to staying again.

Best of accor hotel in Bandung, nice room, nice services, great food, and the employees are very humble.

Kamarnya bersih banget, dapet pemandangan bandung yang indah, employeenya ramah-ramah. Tapi makanan b'fastnya di buffet kebanyakan karbonya, kalo bisa karbonya di kurangi, di ganti protein hewan. Overall bagus semua sih

A nice hotel at the heart of the bandung.located at the end of jl cihampelas, a very famous shopping street in bandung.its also close to the center of the centre of the city.the food is so so.need to add more variety.the pool is small.the room is enough, it has a bathtub inside.view from the room is directed to the road outside the hotel.its also not too far from the train station. And not too far from the paskal 23.one of the largest and newest shopping mall in bandung.very recomended if you want to spend your holiday in bandung

It was my first time in Bandung. Such a lovely experience. The hotel was higher than my expectation. Great food, morning breakfast had lots of choices and friendly staff especially Lia who entertained us at the morning buffet and shared tips on where to go in Bandung. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely want to return to Bandung and stay at Novotel. Thank you so much Novotel.
