Moxy Bandung

The room is simple and basic but surprisingly very clean. I think the hotel does a good job in maintenance of the hotel. I love how the hotel is strategically located, close to everywhere and it has a unique vibe and even offer free tea and coffee at the lobby and also the billiards table for free. The rooftoop is also offering a city view, which is pretty amazing.

Lokasi hotel sangat amat strategis, pelayanannya baik, tempat pakir mobilnya lumayan sedikit luas tidak begitu besar. Makanan yang disajikan di hotel juga enak dan terjangkau. Tetapi jika disiang hari ketika ingin beristirahat suara bising dari kamar sebalah atau suara apapapun sangat terdengar jelas jadinya sangat mengganggu waktu istirahat.

Hotel yang memberikan solusi pengalaman baru bagi pengunjung. Terdapat bean bag yang jarang ditemui di hotel hotel lainnya.
Dari sisi breakfast juga memiliki menu indomie yang jarang di hotel lain. Suasana sekitar hotel juga menunjang, rasanya dingin dan asri

Rooms are not properly insulated and for this reason you are able to hear the outside noises.people walking at the corridors and room cleaners.

Service need to improve.

Room is pretty small but the smart design makes it feel very spacious; the wall is lined with hooks where folded tables and chairs can be hung. Seamless and smooth check-in and check-out experience when I used the Bonvoy app.for reservation, mobile check-in, mobile key, mobile check-out and settlement; I practically never needed to approach the reception desk. This compact hotel has no room service and it is fine. The lobby bar is good and I could ask for glasses and a bucket of ice cube to bring to my room. Pool table and fussball make the lobby fun. The attached coffee shop serves great specialty coffee prepard by professional baristas.

Update on Sept 22: All still good. Thankful for some reviewers that say this hotel is not family friendly. I hate the noise from family with lunatic kids. Please stay away.

Moxy is a wonderful place the interior design was unique and very aesthetic and instagram worthy. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. The rooftop was amazing. And i love the glass floor balcony. And in the lobby they also have these little board games you can play with your friends. But the all you can eat is my favorite. There is fruits and also indomie and sushi and cereal and they are served in a unique and instagram worthy place. If i go to Bandung again, i would definitely go here again.

Awal masuk saya sangat impress terhadap vibe yg kekinian dilobby, lokasi yg strategis dan playground ok utk foto-foto deh.ada beberapa yg tidak baik kemarin: saat masuk kamar tidak ada air minum, saya telpon receptionis disuruh ambil ke room yg ada galonnya.lalu saya tanya pake apa saya ambil minum? Masa pake gelas harus bolak balik (tepok jidat). Akhirnya dateng deh masbro bawa gelas air putih dingin, dan botol air minum yang sudah dibuka dan isi ulang. (tepok jidat 2x, sambil garuk2 kepala.kacaauu #*#*? !). Ya ga mau lah masa kasih bekas.lalu masbro dtg dgn membawa amdk dgn beda merek yg tersedia (positif thinking.abis kali yaa stock nya).
Lalu.saya nanya sama masbronya lg.kok ga ada sabun cuci tangan yaa.katanya sama pak dgn sabun mandi (jadi saya cuci tangan bolak balik.makin bingung.dan ya udahlah yaa).
Trus kita perpanjang karena lokasi yg strategis.dan akhirnya sodara2.bimsalabim pulang ke hotel sore hari sudah ada sabun cuci tangan. (selama 2 hari kemana aja tuh sabun cuci tangan yak.tepok jidat, garuk pala, garuk tembok juga dah).
Dan utk ameties / peralatan mandi lain atau keperluan kamar harus minta/request sepertinya hotel budget. (agak risih aja sih dengan budget segitu peralatan mandi lain2 harus minta ke receptionis.ribet masbro).
Semoga lebih profesional.

Nuansanya cukup nyaman, ruang tidur cukup luas, baru di sini indomie jadi sarapan pagi, tempatnya menyenangkan dekat dengan pusat kota, oke lah buat keluarga

Excellent, fuss-free hotel with complementary entertainment at L1. CAT LOVERS, please feed the Moxy guardian cat at the lobby area. CUTEST CAT EVER. Very nice place to stay. Dekorasinya kekinian, bersih dan nyaman. Harganya oke juga. Bikin betah dan dekat ke tempat2 perbelanjaan dan cafe.

Tempatnya menyenangkan, tatanan kamar yang menarik, kasur yang empuk dan bisa bikin tidur nyenyak.

Kamar mandi standard, ada tempat bermain. Proses check in cepat, tidak sempat merasakan sarapannya.

The staffs are very friendly and gave us the quick service. Love the hotel so much, very comfy and instagram able. Breakfast foods tastes good, love the setup. Stayed for 2 nights, the dinner food doesn’t taste that good. Will come back for sure!
