I've been in most five star hotels in bandong but I think this hotel is the best.
Anything you ask they don't say no

Staying at King Premium Club Lounge Access for a few nights and so loving it at so many levels! 2 options for your room view: city view & mountain view. I got ths mountain one but should've told this preference when when booking thru IHG member app.

Most importantly, 24 HOURS access to the gym! Great job!

Tidak salah memang ini hotel dengan bintang 5, makanan nya enak-enak, kamar sangat nyaman dan bersih, pelayanan dari seluruh staff sangat ramah, tapi lebih sempurna lagi jika suhu kolam renang sedikit di naikan menjadi 30 derajat dan operasional di tambah menjadi sampai sedikit malam

keseluruhan sangat memuaskan

Hanya 1 yang kurang kamar tidak ada 1 pun yang punya balkon sehingga tidak bisa merasakan udara sejuk dan segar dari alam yang bersih

Stay at intercontinental and got free room upgrade, the service was excellent.
Also we took family photo with LYFE photography available at intercontinental, the photo result was amazing and with the best price to make our holiday memorable.

Still one of the best hotel for family in Bandung. If you r family of 4, book the premium room since the beds are bigger so it can fit 4 pax. The room is spacious and the view is overlooking the city which is super nice at night. They also have a window bed so you can sit and enjoy the view more. They even gave us a personal written letter which is a nice touch and a can of delicious choco cookies. Just if they provide a capsule coffee machine in the room it will be nicer:)
Also the shower needs a deeper maintenance. Many white spots due to the water built up. Breakfast selection is quite nice too.

Overall the hotel is great, they are so spacious.however i am not impressed with the room, given such spacious 1 bedroom, they have small walked in wardrobe, huge toilet i would say (separate wc & shower), and kingkoil bed, however when i first entered it smells bad, like i had to call for oxone, and toilet wasnt dry enough, bed sheet SEEMS to have not been changed. So, i called the housekeeping to re do everything.i think it wasnt that busy during the normal days (i stayed during new year holiday).

Hotel dan tempat penginapan yang begitu penomenal untuk kalangan jetset, berada di perbukitan dengan pemandangan yg begitu memukau.

Suka sekali dengan ini. Posisi tidak di kota, jd udara ny benar2 bebas polusi. Hotelnya besar, dan mewah
Cocok bwa keluarga untuk mengginap dsini.
Pelayananny juga ramah.
Makanan u/ buffet nya banyak sekali. Super TOP pokok ny

Hotelnya ok untuk bagian room dan view. Breakfast jg not bad, variatif banget juga rasa lumayan lah. Tp untuk parkiran agak jauh jaraknya di lapangan, dan tdk ada fasilitas untuk mengantar jemput customer dr lobby ke parkiran. Kebetulan november kemaren basement parking spacenya lg perbaikan dan cuaca lg hujan terus. Kalau bawa supir ok, tp kl setir sendiri agak riweh. Semoga bisa jd pertimbangan nanti spy minimal ada jalur untuk org jalan dengan canopy, atau ada staff yang disediakan untuk payungin, or even better ada golf cart yang ngikutin pas mau parkir. Considering it’s a 5star hotel yes?

Hotel bintang 5 yang sangat bagus view oke, tapi sayang ada kontruksi bangunan yang rusak dan tidak terawat

Beautiful view, cozy room with viewing deck, best spot for reading a book while enjoying the view.surprisingly some of the hotel finishings did look rushed and not neat, not well maintained.

Bagus banget ya.standar bintang 5 la.
Sarapan banyak banget pilihan nya dan enak enak.
Cuma gimana ya.staf nya kurang aktif deh, diminta tolong lamaaaaa banget respon nya.
Suami saya sampe telpon berkali kali.
So far the best la view nya ya.
Dan kamar nya nyamaaaannn banget.

Tempat dan suasana pegunungan nyaman, banyak spot foto, mungkin karena lagi suasana liburan, check in agak lama, lewat dari jam 3 sore. Makan pagi ok

Tempat yg sangat begitu asri, nyaman.cocok sekali untuk di kunjungi dan bermalam di tempat ini dgn nuansa alam yg begitu original

Large lobby and nice facilities. There is a playground beside (at right side) the receptionist and it is suitable for child only 1 or 2-5 years old and there is a PS room which let children to play and also a movie room. There is a swimming that has a warm water. Fitness has a complete things needed and has a plastic bottle filled in with water for people who don't bring water bottle and very thirsty. There is also a horse riding outside the hotel (near the parking spot for cars). Room is spacious and clean bathroom is big and nice design and has a weight body scalling. Breakfast is also tasty and various with some desert and also juices. Recommended!
