7Our family have a very pleasant experience. Yes we know that the service comes with more expensive price tags compared to other similar providers or heck even you could do it on your own for free. But they provide us with care, taking care of our small children and making sure they’re safe and that what gives us a peace of mind, knowing that our trekking activity would still both be safe and enjoyable. The snacks and drinks they provided on their rest area are also delicious and refreshing, freshly brewed coffee, sereh tea, popcorn are the must-try. They provide 3 professional and polite guides who take us on a 5 km route with 20 meters elevation. They also help carry some of our stuffs. I would recommend their service for families with young children since you can easily trust them.
Had an enjoyable hike with family today. Many thanks to idGuides for the professional arrangement. The guide, the trail and the scenery are all amazing. And it's so close to Jakarta and Bogor. Not only that, it's an important sustainability movement implemented by empowering local resources, knowledge and wisdom. Let's support this movement for a better Indonesia and a better planet. Trekkingnya menyenangkan. Jalurnya ramah dan bervariasi. Hutan pinus, stone garden, sungai, goa, dan persawahan. Cocok untuk menghabiskan waktu saat weekend. Baik bersama teman maupun keluarga.
Great hikes with idGuides. The guides are very nice and took good care of us. We camped overnight at the acacia campground. Very happy to be able to use our gear (but they have some you can rent). The Camp is very well equipped with a kitchen and clean laboratories.

Took idGuides Easy Escape Jakarta Tracks and Acacia Camp few weeks ago. We took family tour consist of 7 people including 3 kids, and it took 3-4 hours tracking.the guide were professional and so patient, they always provide us good hospitality and guidance through the journey. Ratio of guide and guest on our journey is 3: 1. Recommended.
