However, room cleaning needs improvement, as arriving to find unwanted items is disappointing. The overall experience is positive, but attention to cleanliness would elevate this otherwise wonderful stay.

Favorite hotel to stay on a short weekend break, located strategically within reach of Bogor city. Kids love the swimming pool, and the hotel routinely holds kids activities on Saturday afternoon. They're proud of their fried chicken during the breakfast buffet and kids do love it.

Kamarnya oke, bersih, rapi, wangi. Menu breakfast lengkap dan enak semua rasanya. Tapi menurutku, akses menuju hotel ini agak sulit. Lokasinya di dalam komplek, yg mana portalnya ditutup kalau malam dan ga bisa lewat, kalau muter jauh katanya.

Kids friendly, staf ny ramah2, baik, byk tmpt bermain, da sepedaan, nnton bioskop, playground, akomodasi wara wiri ke novotel, bisa berenang d novotel asik bget, tp bw handuk sendiri yaa, sarapan enak byk pilihan

Enak tempatnya, samping hotel Novotel Bogor raya juga. Nyaman karena emang ada di dalam perumahan elite. Sarapannya enak dan banyak pilihan.

Nice place to stay with your family. They have kids corner and also swimming pool (even though too small for me). You can choose mountain or golf view.

I've stayed there because of my family recommendation.
I thought why should expect excellent service like I always demand at 5 star hotel. But hey, I was wrong big time, Hotel is colorfull, Room was clean, Breakfast and Food were excellent, at breakfast I can have cappucino at free and hot chocolate for my daugher at no cost and the FB staffs were humble too.
I cant believe I can save alot of money by staying there,
Definitely will be back there soon

Kalau ke sini disarankan pakai kendaraan pribadi karena lokasinya yg cukup jauh dr perkotaan. Suasana sekitar hotel sangat asri. Kekurangannya ada di kolam renang yang terlalu kecil serta yang paling buruk itu rasa makanannya yg kurang enak dan kalau pesan makan selain di jam breakfast dan dinner lama sekali datangnya. Harus menunggu 1 jam, itu pun harus ditanya dulu. Menyediakan popcorn tp tidak tahu cara masaknya, dan koki yg masih muda jd saat pesan omelet, dalamnya masih cair. Pelayanan restoran yg buruk

Hotel yg masih terbilang baru jd masih sangat baik amenitiesnya. Pelayanan jg mulai dr reception, porter dan cleaning servis sangat friendly dan helpful. Cleaning service bernama pak yusuf sangat membantu kebersihan di kamar.

Nice hotel with mountain view. There is bike rental here and the breakfast is delicious. But we can't get extra room card. We spent 2 days here.

Nilai plus nya bisa pakai fasilitas novotel (kolam renang, tenis, pingpong, etc) yg letaknya sebelahan aja!

This place is so aesthetically pleasing, the rooms are painted with beautiful graphics and quotes, it carries on effective room spaces, the view is amazing displaying mount salak and bogor lakeside's golf field, the breakfast is so variable and have a good taste, located inside one of the most peaceful resident in bogor making its access easy and not crowded by traffic

my only complain is the small swimming that pool could've been bigger

Fasilitas lengkap, luas kamar standar, variasi makanan banyak tetapi untuk rasa masih agak kurang. Lokasi berada di dalam perumahan jadi cukup jauh ke jalan utama

Checked in 25 Des 2018 siang masih stay sampai besok. Karena check in early, jadi kami diinformasikan kamar yg seharusnya di tempati belum ready, tapi di tawarkan di lantai bawah nya katanya sdh siap. Turned out, kami sampai di kamar tsb, belum ready at all, still messy dirty & ga proper. Resepsionis kami info & menyusul, alasan nya sistem eror, kami di tawarkan upgrade ke full view room lantai yg sama, which actually smoking area floor.meski saat book di Agoda rikues non smoking area floor. Since sudah bawa luggages juga + pilihan kamar lain (di non smoking floor) bed nya twin (instead of queen/king) kami setuju di kamar full view ini. Sore jam 4an kami decide to try the swimming pool & the restaurants, order Bebek Garing, Nasi Goreng Ibis & Mie Goreng.disappointed, dengan harga yg standard nya seperti kafe menengah ke atas ekspektasi kami rasa nya di atas rata-rata, especially hotel ini bagian dari Accor group hotels & pasti punya chefs. Pagi ini pun sarapan, tidak ada yg exceptional, se simple pancake & bubur ayam, I just didn't enjoy them. Too Bad. However, untuk staffs hospitality, memuaskan. Untuk kebersihan, I believe bisa better, karena saya menemukan masih ada pil yg belum ke sapu saat pertama masuk kamar. Untuk rating hotel ini di Agoda 8.3 hard for me to understand hehe, maybe saya & keluarga menginap at the bad times.dunno.please improve yah Ibis Style! Thank you

Hotel nyaman, view golf bagus. Kolam renang kecil, cocok utk anak2. Parkir mobil luas. Bisa pakai sepeda hotel gratis utk jalan2 dan bisa juga gunakan fasilitas hotel novotel sebelahnya.

Makanannya lumayan, kamarnya juga enak. Tapi sabun mandi sama shampo pribadi saya hilang pas hari ke 2 nginap. Aneh aja sih hehe.

Quite clean and comfort place for family trip, but i dont like the wall /room separator, u can clearly listen the voice of people chat in the next room /side room.
