Ibis Bandung Pasteur

Fasilitas cukup baik, namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki terutama sistem pelayanan dan administrasi tamu sbb:
1. Pelayanan laundry sangat lambat, harus di telp terlebih dahulu baru hasil laundry diantar walaupun sudah memilih layanan same day
2. Pencatatan room service tidak terintegrasi, room rate dan deposit saat check in tidak tercatat dengan baik bahkan saat saya akan check out harus menunggu lama karena resepsionis harus mencari berkas-berkas. Saat saya diperjalanan di WA jika pembayaran kurang karena salah hitung.baru kali ini saya stay di Hotel yang administrasinya tidak profesional padahal Ibis adalah Accor group.

Mohon hal-hal seperti ini agar diperhatikan. Saya akan berpikir 2x jika harus stay ulang di Ibis Pasteur

Pintu kamar mandi susah ditutup, perlengkapan mandi cm dikasih odol sm sikat gigi 1, kamar rada bau, gak ada jendela cuma breakfast aja yg decent

Setelah sekian lama mencari, tetap saja saya selalu memutuskan untuk mengadakan acara bisnis di hotel Ibis Bandung Pasteur, selain hotelnya sangat bagus dan menudukung untuk acara bisinis, hotel ini juga berlokasi dekat dengan gerbang tol pasteur jadi sangat strategis

Setiap ke bandung pasti menginap disini. Kamar bersih, pelayanan oke dan lokasi sangat strategis

Stayed at this hotel for its proximity since the other Accor hotels nearby were fully booked. Sadly, this was a wrong decision.

Ibis is part of Accor hotels should have a clear standard and proper QC (for service and most important cleanliness) in which a total absence at this property.
Accor puts effort to have guests becoming their ALL members, but this hotel does not really understand what kind of value to be delivered to members including their top tiers.

Got checked in and was given a flooring-mop look alike towels with dark stains all over surface. Not a single guest would deserve to get this kind of towel. Those defected towels should have been scrapped away already. When asked for replacement - yes they do have towels in good condition. Question is WHY put those dirty defect ones at the first place?

Front office was barely recognize loyalty membership, not even offering a late check out. When asked, a male FO staff (Ag***) replied and asked if I had reservation. How ridiculous? Not to mention, their Assistant FO Manager (D**) who was standing there, pretended to hear nothing instead of stepping in to help his team? Completely shows no leadership.

For members or any guest who expect an international standard and cleanliness, STAY AWAY from this hotel. Hope this helps.

The room was clean, and they serve a food for sahur, all the employee very helpfull, the only thing that miss is a pool, good location, actually for me because my wife have a surgery at Hasan Sadikin Hospital.

Kamarnya nyaman, luas, besih, pelayanan ramah, makanan indonesian taste.rasa enak cuma kurang beragam.

All u can eat waktu buka puasa disini sangat kurang recommended
1. Tempatnya kurang luas
2. Mejanya kecil bgt klo buat makan group
3. Makanannya kurang bervariatif
Cuman 1 kelebihannya salah satu pekerja lelakinya sangat baik & ganteng

Nyaman buat dipake bukber bareng rombongan
Buat foto bersama pas bukber juga bagus hasil jepretan dan terang lampunya.
Makanannya juga enak, banyak, komplit dari pembuka sampe penutup, sampe cemilan juga.

The location is quite good, close to several restaurants.the hotel atmosphere and rooms are quite comfortable. Food at breakfast is also sufficient and tasty.limited car parking area.

Nice place to stay but the location is a bit not too strategic. The traffic is quite bad especially on the weekend and we must take a U turn too far. Unless we go by public or online transportation, it's more convenient to travel around the city. The price is good. Worthed.

First stay at Ibis Bandung Pasteur

First night, checking in almost midnight

Room always comfortable, air-conditioning works well, hot shower

Staffs all nice

Only one person at front desk, he tells lie about room at level 6&7, he says room there, under maintenance, air-conditioning not working

But next day I got room at level 7, all working fine nothing's wrong

I asked room change from the first we entered our first room at level three, since I can have a good view

But that's ok lah

All rated good

Good location
Good staffs

Tempatnya sangat rapi dan bersih, pelayanannya juga sangat memuaskan,
Disana juga ada ruang meeting yang cocok banget buat presentasi atau rapat.

Sedikit informasi juga, untuk keluar masuk kamar hotel harus pakai kartu, dan naik lift juga (tp kalau lift turun bisa manual, tapi kalau naik harus pakai kartu)
Dan kalau seandainya keluar hotel kartunya hilang maka tidak akan bisa masuk kamar kecuali dapat kartu lagi dari petugas di sana,
Jadi jangan sampai hilang kalau punya kartu hotel ibis.

Clean, comfort bed, small room but enough for business trip, location near pasteur exit (not really in the heart of town), limited but enough breakfast. Parking space is ok, easy public transport, for the car driving sometimes have challenging to make the u turn when you're back from down town. Overal, it's nice hotel and good service in the strategic location in Bandung.

Pelayanan cukup memuaskan hotel terletak di jalan dr. Junjunan Pasteur Bandung dengan jalan pintu keluar masuk tol Pasteur dan sangat strategis tempat tempat wisata yg ada di Bandung. Saya sarankan kalau berkunjung ke Bandung silahkan mencoba menginap di hotel ibis pasteur Bandung

Kamar standar hotel ibis, terdapat kamar smoking room, sarapan variasi banyak, parkir mobil terbatas (ada vallet service free)

Hotel bintang 3 yang cukup untuk istirahat, lokasinya persis disamping mall trans studio dan hotel Trans Luxur

Ranjang empuk, kamar bersih, kamar mandi ada bau aneh, lokasi krg strategis kalau utk wisata & kuliner, sarapan krg variasi tp rasa lumayan

Untuk kamar yang double bed, membuat kamar terasa sempit. Untuk breakfast, variasi makanan kurang. Menginap 3 hari disana, hampir merasa bosan untuk sarapan.

Bisnis trip ke Bandung saya banyak beraktifitas di area Pasture, Saya coba Ibis Bandung Pasture, tempatnya dekat dengan jembatan pasupati, dari arah keluar tol pasture, jangan naik ke atas jembatan pasupati, lewat bawah tidak alama ada ibis di sebelah kiri, seberang dengan bebek kaleo.hotelnya Nyaman karena belum lama berdiri, rapi & bersih.karyawannya juga ramah-ramha khas orang Sunda.breakfastnya lumayan enak tapi pilihan menunya tidak banyak.
