I have no complaints, it was clean, the front desk was friendly, and I had a relaxing time.
Even though I don't speak English, there is no problem with Google Translate.
I also enjoyed the morning buffet.
The sweets corner is amazing.
Speaking of greed, it would have been nice to have an abundance of fruits, since we came to a tropical country.

Willing to help and very nice friendly staff. Clean room and modern decoration. My room is next to the street so it’s quite loud at night but quiet after midnight.

Nginep di Holiday Inn 2x pas masih jaman'a Covid.
1x sama keluarga, 1x sama teman².
Service'a ok walaupun memang pas check-in atau check-out agak nunggu lama karena rame ya.
Pas awal sm keluarga waktu request connecting room karena gk ada utk room yg aku booking jadi di up ke room deluxe. Padahal klo gk ada pun gpp.
Pas kedua kali sama temen² karena abis kasih review di trip advisor jadi dapet benefit late check out di jam 3 sore
Makanan'a juga enak banget. Menu buffet'a banyak.
View kolam renang'a juga bagus banget sih, menurutku vibes'a ky ala² Bali ya.
Pengen kapan² klo ada rejeki bisa balik staycation lg disini.

Menurut sy sgt baik pelayanannya sgt ramah tata ruang yg bagus berbaur dengan lampu yg sudah ditata dengan sgt baik jadi terkesan sgt romantis di tambah penghijauan yg baik pula dan tempat yg strategis

Nice and new hotel with unique design of the building and rooms. This hotel is connected to another hotel / condominium with a nice and beautiful small park in the middle of both. There is a nice spa in this hotel which provide good service. There is also 2 nice restaurant in this hotel, one is Japanese and another is local (or hotel standard style). The room is clean and comfortable, with nice bed. However the toiletries are insufficient. The other facilities are well maintained such as the gym, business space and also the garden (with swimming pool).

Honestly, the location is strategic and easy to acces, i booked deluxe room, its quite spacious and not look 'cheap', and i really i enjoyed the stay, but for me the breakfast menu is way below my expectation, not special and still can be improved

Kesini kemarin buka puasa bersama, harga 148k all u can eat, untuk makanan du delizio restaurant lumayan enak, tempat nyaman, diskon juga karena booking via web.

Inside the hotel, there is the high-end Japanese resturant named "IKKYU" that serves very good Japanese food!

Hotel di jababeka cikarang, tempat parkir cukup luas, restoran yang bagus dan tempat pertemuan yang luas.

Lokasinya juga strategis karena terletak di kawasan industri jababeka.

Beberapa tambahan fasilitas umum seperti mushola juga cukup luas dan nyaman.

Layak dijadikan tempat menginap bagi pelancong/bisnisman yang sedang mengunjungi jababeka

Gk sukanya tu Mushola d basement kan gk bgt sekelas hotel kece.klo qta rapat nyita waktu lama karna tempat solat nya jaaaauuuhhh.gk manusiawi itu aja
