5 star hotel located at pasir kaliki street. Near with 23 paskal and istana plaza mall. Also near with bandung train station. Its verry strategis location, while to the downton maybe take at least 20 until 40 minute to alun-alun.

They have a complete in house facility like others 5 star hotel. The pool size are not too large but fit with their building size.

Many time get here just to attent some event and not yet get a chance ti staycation. Maybe soon I will.

Tempatnya nyaman, strategis, apalagi cafe & kolam renangnya bikin betah buat nongkrong lama-lama, love it.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond in serving their customers. The only hiccups is that I was initially upgraded to executive room and I need to ask for me to be upgraded to suite as a Hilton Diamond member (thus I am taking 1 star off because I was always upgraded to suite and I dont need to ask for it in other Hilton properties around the world, e.g. Waldorf Astoria in Chicago, Hilton in New York, Conrad in Bali & Singapore, etc etc)

Other than that, everything else is great! The suite room is spacious, clean & comfortable. The executive lounge & its service is amazing too (shout out to the top notch service from Ms. Juventia, Ms. Yuri & Ms. Angeline). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will come back and will definitely recommend to friends & families.

Ga pernah kecewa sih sama hotel ini. 3-4 kali kesana selalu puas dengan pelayanan dan kebersihan kamarnya.fasilitasnya juga lengkap! Good choice to stay at west java

Hotelnya bagus bersih luas parkiran banyak fasilitas waktu itu pertemuan keluarga letak strategi seperti bagus untuk mencari penginapan untuk tahun baru

Perlu dipikirkan grace period bagi tamu hotel, karena tdk semua tamu parkir mgkin hanya dropoff. Kalo tidak jangan pakai istilah parkir, pakai saja retribusi/ tarif masuk area hotel biar lebih pas dan sesuai uu

Rarely rare hotel in bandung with adequate parking, a comfortable hotel, good breakfast and lots of food, a nice swimming pool and a foosball table, very pleasant

Good food selection, spacious room, friendly staffs, provide water dispenser for refills, near the train station, a lot street food vendors, eateries and massage places on walking distance

Best service. Clean. Customer service facilities are very grateful and staff excellent. Everything is perfect. I like. Not many local people.

I have been there when worked at Telkomsel.we used the rooftop for the Telkomsel Events. Foods, service and place itself are great.

Hotel bersih pelayanan jug a memuaskan. Cm untuk breakfast, lunch maupun dinner tergolong biasa saja untuk hotel sekelas ini

Good place, good services. You need to try finding the best price through apps or else it would a little bit expensive. But its worth.

Staying for 9 nights. Everything seem so nice and cool. Till day 7th, down with dierrhea and informed the front desk that the only food I had the day before was from the hotel (breakfast buffet and room service). While waiting for them to get back to me, ordered a hot soup as stomach is has already upset for whole day. They came with a small bowl of clear chicken soup (oily and salty, not even with bread) and a glass of cold water. And they charge for that (fair enough). But after around an hour, didn’t hear back from the hotel. Very disappointed on hotel about this matter.

Hilton memang layak disebut second home. Keramahan para staff nya memang berbeda dari tempat lain. Ada keunikan tersendiri disana. Makanannya pun cukup variatif, dan rasanya memang sangat pas dilidah dan sangat enak, restaurant nya nyaman dan cukup besar. Ruangan kamarnya juga sangat nyaman khas bintang 5. Sangat recommended.

Top class hotel, easy to reach, close to amusement, train station, highway, airport too. But the traffic around daytime might trouble the access

Great hotel to chill out in the center of Bandung. Staff fully engaged and listening to customer with great cares. Definitely recommended.
