Spent time on the last weekend with family.found some feedback as a-4 star rated chained hotel for improvement. Check-in process was smooth but when reaching to the room looked around, apparently in the bath we cant find the hand nor face towel, also the slippers were not available.contacted the Operator who then located to the Housekeeping, they apologized & explained it was run out of stock but managed to get 1 pair for us - thanks, Other feedback is in the resto in 2 bfast time we got the restaurant table & its feet was shaky and we guessed these little detailed should have been identified by the Resto Manager. But the good things are all the food are excellent, thematic, international and local food are available and appetiting and few FB greetresses supported by the kitchens team are out there even more active in communicating with us during meal time just to ensure we enjoyed our meals (awesome!), try to always obtain feedback which is excellent, and always offer assistance in any chance as they walked around was good. The Egg benedict was delicious, banana cake was great pastry we tasted and overall we enjoyed the bfast quality delivered. Bravo to the head chef for having such a friendly and helpful crews - keep it up!
Safety/security: good security check with the expensive investment equipment would be a waste if the access from basement to lobby hotel or even accessible direct guest's room from basement parking would need to be overlooked by the management. Hotel access would be a challange for a group with big Bus arrangement. The rest.fourpoints by Sheraton Dago really pushed themselves for achieving service excellence, Overall: Surely a must try strategic location hotel in the city center both for leisure or business in Bandung!

It has a strategic location. It nears mall, some fast food restaurant. Only around 10 minutes walking to a famous street of Bandung, Jalan Riau. Oh and plus point for this hotel is they have quran and injil in room! Really appreciating this hotel management

This hotel is cozy with their white dominant interior, various kind of breakfast and delicious. It has a pool and small playground for children. Friendly and helpful staff.

Alhamdulillah nginap disini selama 3 hari. Bisa dibilang ini salah satu hotel yang lokasinya strategis di kota Bandung dan berbintang 4+. Pelayanannya memuaskan, stafnya ramah dan siap sedia membantu.

I always like this place. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast always tasty. However this time the service not as golf as usual. I ordered mineral water and I have to call 2 times before they finally send it to my room

As usual.the brand speaks for itself.
I always stay at four points for biz travel to Bandung for the last 3 years.and this is my first time with my family.
The location is very strategic.just a walking distance to Bubur Mang Oyo, Sari Sari (for those craving for jajanan basah), Kartika Sari (buat oleh2), sate Maulana Yusuf (u gotta try their soto ayam tauco), and Superindo is in next building.

Hospitality, room, food and facility is so great. But there was a guest feeding some children in the pool. Some rice actually spilled into the water. Sorry, i wish i could give you 5 star!

Honestly, based on the rate, i can't give this place more than 3 stars. The staffs were nice but there are lacks of detail and care everywhere which is pity bcs it's still a new building. They have 24h gym! Which is nice. The room has AC with censor so it's always comfortable temperature. They have two showers type, the rainforest and handle. Blackout curtain. The location is great, they also have nice Cheesecake at the buttercup cafe. Hope they take care of it more and get better.

My only choice to stay for both business trip and family vacation.clean and comfortable rooms.large bed.delicious breakfast.family friendly.and breathtaking view from the roof top lounge.

The location is good, not far from mini market, food and drug store (we can reach it by walk)
be careful to drive after passing the gateway in, there is too little space to turn.
Also, the pool is not big enough.

Hotelnya nyaman banget, kasurnya besar dan enak empuk banget.breakfast nya juga banyak pilihan dan pelayanan ramah.

Hotel yang di recommend, kalau anda ke Bandung, nginep lah di sini, karena, luas kamarnya, enak makanan nya, kalau Malai Ada live show orgen tunggal di resto Loby Dan Ada yang husus Klub di depan nya. Berada di tengah2 Kota Bandung, mudah transfort ke mana2 karena Ada di Jln Dago, ke BIP tinggal Jalan. Apalagi service hotel yang Baik.
