Overall a comfortable stay
1. Rooms = We got a room facing forward towards the main road, and right in front of the lift. Everything was clean. One note though, kita dapet 1 pillow yang berbeda tipe (dacron i think?) sementara the other 3 itu goose down, which was weird wkww dan sempet miscom sama service nya untuk ganti, tapi akhirnya diganti yang sama semua. Agak kaget aja kenapa ada 1 yang beda.
2. Parking = Free parking for all the nights we spent there.parking lot nya lumayan sempit ya. Awalnya kita park di ohtdoor tapi serem ranting ranting and banyak bunga jatoh gitu takut lecet. Jadi malemnya kita masuk ke basement tapi full bgt sampe B3 baru ada. Muter turun and naiknya itu sempit bgt dan jeda antar mobilnya juga sempit bgt: (
3. Breakfast = standard hotel, lumayan enak, banyak variety
4. Location = very strategic

Breakfast di momo cafe gak bonvoy banget. 2 hari aja udh bosen.keberatan nama marriott.sisanya nyaman.strategis.

Alhamdulillah kembali ke hotel yg dulunya namanya Holiday Inn. Banyak bangettt perubahannya Kesini anter anak gadis yg mau pembekalan sekolah kedinasan. Bismillah yg terbaik Uni.

Kamarnya bersih, layanan selalu memuaskan, sala satu hotel berbintang di Bandung yang harus dipertimbangkan apabila sedang bisnis ataupun liburan di Bandung

Dear general manager of courtyard by marriot Bandung.

I am so not please staying here.
The first night I am checking in the room card 1810 is broken and need to be changed (please fix it because i had a trouble a few times every time i want to enter my room).

Second of all, if your parking lot is full. Please don't make your customer go to the basement just wasting their time like I did. I have to go 2 times to go around to find a park. And your security or your staff did not helpful at all, theyre lack of coordination in their team (what's the function of radio portable that you used to communicate with others ugh, I am really mad). And they didnt say sorry at all to me as a customer (where's the hospitality attitude?)

And why is that no valet parking? If I have to compare with other hotel with a little of parking space, they did a good service with valet parking and with a little staff they can manage it very well.

Interiornya cantik dan luas sekali, di sekitar hotelnya jg sangat asri dan mudah dijangkau

Been here for family trip. The food and staff are good.
One of the reason I chose Courtyard bc of CHSE certified, unfortunately what I found was a bit different.

Hotel yang sangat mewah,
kamarnya luas dan sangat bersih,
fasilitas sangat lengkap,
menu sarapannya sangat beragam

Nice room, Great and very friendly staff. Had breakfast the other day and got annoyed with the traditional music group in the breakfast area because they put the volume really loud. I think one of the supervisor should tell them to ease the volume down. I was sitting by the coffee bar and it is very loud. And the music group is by the entrance of the breakfast area. I wonder if I sit right next to the music group.hmmm.
One more thing is that the lontong kari soup is very salty to my taste. I wonder if the chef taste them before they put out for customer. Best menu of the day is the Boiled Egg with Green Peppers.yummy.
But overall I would like to stay here again; and for sure will recommend this hotel to all my friends. But now I give 4/5 star.

Di basement ada Masjidnya yg trnyata juga dpake Sholat Jumat. Kereeeennn. Next nginep kesini lg kalo k Bandung

Great location with walking distance for sight seeing and shopping. Best hospitality and great service. Room size for deluxe was a bit small and parking lot quite small as well.

Not a wow, but good for the price.

Breakfast is good and varied (Asian, Indonesian, and western options). I recommend to go out in the city for lunch and dinner.

Rooms are clean with an interesting urban design and service is very good.

Tempatnya enak, kamarnya luas, kids corner nya lumayan lengkap, kolam renangnya bagus, makanannya banyak dan lengkap

Tmpt parkir kecil pelayanan valet mobil kurang profesional Krn ptgs pemegang kunci banyak yg pegang termasuk security ya

Ex hotel Holiday Inn di kawasan dago Bandung, bangunan lama yang direnovasi dan dikelola oleh Marriott group, harganya masih reasonable, dengan world class hospitality.

Strategic hotel, next to Bandung Indah Plaza, near clinic, and other facilities.the room is wonderfull.doesnot have to worry about power plug, as it provides complete powerplug, iron board in room, also prayer mat and table clock functional as radio also, supercool

Hotel bagus, nyaman, rapi, makanan enak.salah satu hotel yang wajib dikunjungi kalau ke bandung.
Fasilitas lengkap, dan kamarnya sangat nyaman.

Diundang Buka Puasa Bersama di hotel ini, makanan enak, jenis makanan yang disediakan banyak dan bervariasi, ruangan cukup luas, tidak berdesakan, nyaman.

Awesome bedrooms but the breakfast taste menu still fairly enough. They have to increase to be more delicious.

Masih mirip-mirip lah waktu masih pake nama Holiday Inn.bagus.poin lebihnya sih ke lokasi hotel yg termasuk strategis
