Betapa buruknya kenyamanan di Casa uno residence. Saya pernah kost di situ. Awalnya sudah deal dengan harga namun tiba tiba si penjaga kostnya baru ingat bahwa mau ada banyak tamu banyak seminggu kedepan. Akhirnya saya dimintai lagi tambahan uang supaya kamarya ga diberikan ke yang mau datang. Padahal barang barang aku udh pada sampai kamar. Lalu makanan ku di kulkas ILANG. Cuma tinggal Tupperware nya

Kotor, kamar ga lengkap isinya, harganya beda2 suka2 yg nunggu. Dan UANG DI DOMPET DI KAMAR ILANG PAS DITINGGAL BELI SARAPAN!

Tempat yang cocok buat para mahasiswa, dekat kampus dengan fasilitas yang baik harga bulanannya terjangkau

Awalnya sempet ragu2 mau nginap disini.setelah masuk ternyata tempatnya cukup tenang dan bersih.lokasi favorit saya adalah terasnya yang luas jadi seperti nginap dirumah sendiri

I'm hosting my friend's family at that time in Casa Uno. We've book the room since June via Traveloka. Several hours before her parents come, we check the room and the receptionist said, "We don't have your order today bla bla. " We fight some arguments and the point was we disappointed. The receptionist said there are always problem between the management and Traveloka. It's not our bussiness to know that. The things we know that are we make a booking deal through the procedure. And they ask us to put more money if we want the room that day. They also said the room is bigger that the room that we've booked. Actually we don't need bigger room, all we need is the same room like we've book before and the room itself. Because we dont have any choice, we finally paid the additional money. Man, it's about 3 hours before her parents come. How come they didn't make a double check for every booking with their partner (in this case Traveloka). I hope it's not happend again. Thank you.

Sebagai kosan, top. Kamarnya luas, double bed, full AC, kamar mandi dalem, bahkan ada teras depan dan balkon buat ngejemur. As a serviced lodging, nope. Ga ada servis apapun selain terasnya disapuin dan dipelin.

Kost premium bagi mahasiswa dan karyawan. Letaknya di Jl. Al Furqon, Kel. Pondok Cina, Kec. Beji, Kota Depok. Masuk gang Al Furqon, lewat satu rumah, di sebelah kiri langsung terlihat bangunan 3 lantai nan megah. Bisa disewa bulanan dan harian.

Furniture sudah tua, kamar mandi ada kecoa, banyak nyamuk, AC tidak dingin (suhu tidak bisa diturunkan, cuma 26°), tidak ada TV. Cukup sekali menginap di tempat ini. Menyesal, tidak sesuai dengan harga dan iklannya di Traveloka.
