Rooms and seevices are good.however, breakfast are poor comparison to other hotels at the same rate.and not made for the guests with driving a car.parking lot is far and accessibility is poor.

Nice and clean rooms but more to service apartment style compare to hotel rooms. The staffs were friendly and helpful and even most of them speaks Japanese. Breakfast available in Japanese style.

Comfortable hotel. Clean and spacious room. Location is great, nearby shopping mall. Friendly staffs. The minus side is the very limited variety of breakfast.

Well in short.little Tokyo. However the Staff is extremely well trained and polite. Otto is really good place to grab a bite! A little expensive but it's worth it!

They have a restaurant there called shion, very authentic japanese and affordable compare to the other restaurants in jakarta. The food are tasty, good portion not too big or small and fresh ingredients as always.
