Gym & studio olahraga yang menurutku hospitalitynya oke banget! Adminnya fast response, fasilitas lengkap (loker, handuk, fasilitas mandi, hairdryer, catokan semua ada). Coachnya juga bener bener put attention ke gerakan kita. Very recommended.

Coachnya baguss td sm coach dita. Detail kelasnya, bagus untuk first timer sprti akuuh.facilitynya jg bersih, alatnya oke. Thanku

The gym itself is nice, just like the pictures. The coaches are great and the staffs are really polite and always helpful!
From observation, a few improvement may be made on the bathroom area, just like any other user mentioned on their review here.

Ok, now here's what taken off the 2 stars from this facility: the sales team.
Long story short:
10th May - joined U by CJ, taking PT package
14th June - sales team remind that the package will run-out, offering a renewal package with 44% higher price

Why does it matter so much for me? It's the transparency.
The information of new price list is distributed on May 2nd to all member, with new pricing effective starting May 16th. Meaning, being a member starting on May 10th, they are liable to inform me the new price (just like any other active members at the facility) ; hence, I can make an informed decision whether or not to purchase more PT packages before the new price become effective.

I trust that a good communication is key to grow trust between a facility and its client, I hope U by CJ management can learn from this incident. And for current / new clients, try to ask as much information.

I'd really loveeee to be in here, their services areeeee extra going miles 1000%. Dari semua yang kujumpai this is the best sih, coachnya juga penjelasannya mudah dimengerti, helpful, you guys should try!

Very nice place.

I have taken 2 class with coach Bam and Raissa. For some maybe not too hard, but for me "Engap habis napas bro" it was good experience.

Tempatnya bersih, kelasnya bisa diadjust juga dengan fitness level kita.coaches & staffsnya juga super ramah jadi bikin makin nyaman workout disini.peralatannya jg lengkap dan bersih, buat yang gak mau ribet bawa2 handuk… disini udh disediain lengkap sampe shampoo, sabun, dan hair dryer bahkan catokan.bakaaal sering bgt kesini pasti.apalagi kelas outdoornya sih enak bgt segeer

It’s a super cozy place to do sport, tempatnya lucuukk, alatnya enak di pake, fasilitasnya oke punya, staffnya super ramah dan informatif semua, just feels like home karna bisa akrab sama staff - staffnya, ga perlu repot bawa ini dan itu karna sudah disediakan mulai dari handuk mandi, sampai hair dryer. Sesekali cobain deh kelas yang diselenggarakan, seru parah! Coachnya menyenangkan, penyampaiannya mudah dimengerti dan menyesuaikan dengan fitness level kita masing - masing. Worth to be back

Second time here, Seru banget ikut Kelas di UbyCJ. Open space - rooftop class is the best! Coachnya (coach Bam) sangat helpful and always give a very clear instructions. Good service with friendly staffs, a super clean and comfortable gym!
Highly Recommended!

I was practices so well cause the levels are balanced with my abilities, aku juga suka pembawaan coachnya semangat and the clear instructions.

Fasilitas yg ada juga lengkap so i can select the appropriate one. Kebersihan di tempat udah gaperlu ditanya lagi sih, nyaman juga tempatnya. I'm sure u'll find it convenient

Tempatnya strategis bgt. Kelasnya seru. Terus kalo mau open gym juga alatnya lengkap dan oke bgt kalo kesini jgn lupa pesen Chocco Jerikho, super yummm dan high protein

Kelas rooftopnya seru, coachnya interaktif banget.staffnya ruamah sekali trus ada kucing gemes yg nyapa kita2 sblm masuk.semoga bisa komit ngeGym disitu someday.

Aku ambil kelas Powerhouse sama coach Bam. Great class! Coachnya ramah, baik, dan jelasinnya very clear apalagi ke postur tubuh dari pemanasan sampe cooling down. Very recommended!

Tempatnya nyaman, fasilitasnya salah satu yang terbaik, variasi kelasnya tergolong banyak dan paling bagus dari semuanya Mba dan Masnya sih 5/5
