TWG Tea at Pacific Place

We usually come for the tea but was starving at the time so we decided to order food.

The tea never disappoints.

Food wasn’t bad but the calamari was oily and the burger patty was dry and for the quality that’s being served, the price is a bit overpriced.

Will only stick to having tea next time.

It was a good place and I'm having a good time there while ordering the tea. The waiter gave me a nice and excellent service when I ask for the recommendation. The atmosphere was ruined by some stupid comments made by some waiters when I'm ordering my second tea. It was written in the menu Guan Yin Prestige. I exactly ordering the tea by its name. Some STUPID waiter started to make fun of it by pointing the Prestige label. It's not funny at all. There are several varieties of Guan Yin tea written on the menu and I'm just making sure I get the right one. The lack of attitudes and mannerism by those waiters really bring my mood going down. I should call the manager at that time but I choose to leave sooner.

This restaurant is my favorit place.makanan dan suasana bagus akan tetapi, mereka sudah buat bill salah.walaupun beli 15 makaron, mereka sudah hitung 27 makaron di dalam bill.kalo istri aku belum cek, aku tidak tahu…

Tea house with fine dining ambience. The tea & food was great, the staffs & services was good. It was a pricey but I think it's good for having a high tea with your loved ones.

Living in England for 5 years, I’ve grown up to liking and appreciate my tea.
Pacific Place TWG offers beautiful various kind of tea.
We ordered the 1837 tea set (afternoon tea) and the Rose Boudoir.
I would suggest that you go ask the them if you can smell the tea as they don’t offer it like the usual tea place.

Alma who served us has very good knowledge of tea and able to recommend what I really like.

The place is beautifully decorated like any other TWG place. The ambience is also perfect, not too loud and good taste of music.

The tea smells really good and it was truly enjoyable. However, I ask if we can get hot water (which is really common in England kf you want a little bit of refill since they only gave about 4-5 serving cup of tea) to enjoy more of my tea. Surprisingly, the tea pot does not have anymore tea leaves in it so it only came down to hot water. This disappoints me a lot, yet they told me that they are TWG standard to TWG Singapore.

We also ordered the classic scone, canele, and madeleine.
The scone is a bit dry to my liking, the canele and the madeleine is a bit sweet for my liking. Though, this is truly opinion based as I know I tend to go for less sugar for most sugary drinks or sweets in Indonesia.

Overall, I enjoyed my tea, but other than that, I am very disappointed about the hot water. The scone, canele and madeleine are okay ish. Perhaps, I am just comparing TWG Pacific Place with the authenticity which I had back in London, yet it could not fulfill it.

Tempat yang nyaman dan premium buat ngeteh di mall. Konsepnya kalian sudah familiar ya, elegan dengan warna keemasan di keseluruhan ruangan. Cobain Parisian Tea set seharga IDR 350K+, ada 3 savory, wagyu burger, 2 viennoiserie, 3 sweets. Buat aku menu savorynya kurang, tekstur brioche maupun croissant kering dan tidak buttery. Untuk wagyu burger medioker, sedangkan sweetsnya lebih unggul, canelle dan financiernya aroma harum, tekstur khas dan manis pas. Harga sesuai dengan tema dan brand, 100-200K per orang.

They have many tea options, and a food menu too, service was ok, but was surprised that they have a policy that a pot of tea is only allowed one cup.

Food selection is not that many. Very limited. The staffs are not that friendly and helpful. Overall my experience is not that great, but not that bad either.

Tempatnya nyaman dan mereka punya banyak jenis teh yg enak, salah satu favoritenya Sakura Tea, rasanya enak banget, aromanya sangat calming.
Recommended untuk ngobrol2 santai sambil ngeteh.

Small but nice settings for an afternoon tea. Selection of tea is similar with other branches in Spore. Foods slightly different

Tempatnya sangat mewah, classy dan elegant. Tehnya luar biasa enak apalagi English Breakfast, French Earl Grey, berbagai teh bunganya, Lapsang Soucong dan Long Jing

Norwegian Salmon with soba noodle nya cukup enak dengan cream sauce yg asem² gitu. Untuk soba noodle, bisa diganti pake french fries.
Kalau pastries nya sih kayak pastries² di tempat lain juga ya.

Vanilla tea nya agak asem² juga (lupa menu vanilla tea yg mana), yg menurut aku enak adalah choco mint truffle tea nya. Wangi dan rasanya pas. Ice lychee tea nya super seger dan enak.

A nice place to have an amazing tea time experience with a lot of tea varieties. They also serve great meals those are infused with tea. Definitely worth to try it by yourselves!

Exquisite tea selection. Perfect vibe to enjoy tea. I went here with my family and had a little accident with my son. The staff was really helpful to handle the situation. Really, a lovely place.
