So bad service, we wanna held meeting here and when we came first they said the WiFi is available, but turns out they didn't have it, what a scam
Coffee also turnout they use cheap coffee, taste so bad

Ambience was great eventhough the ac did not do justice for the heat outside. The carrot-orange juice was lovely!

Kesini karna suka sama Avocado Coffee. Punya Toby's sejauh ini paling enak. Klepon Cake nya juga enak

Oke tempatnya lumayanlah buat ngopi.cuma kita harus keluar lobby mall dulu baru bisa masuk ke cafe ini. Pilihan menunya banyak

Nice ambience, great coffee and food, a little bit pricey though (Rp 200k for breakfast and an iced latte)

Pelayanannya agak kurang customer oriented dan makanannya biasa aja, harganya agak mahal, tempatnya ruangan ber ac tp bs rokok juga jd agak2 bau asep buat yg ga suka bau rokok.

Pesan 3 menu makanan dan 2 minuman. Makanan pesan charr-grilled angus steak, mac n cheese dan iron flat chicken. Minuman pesan tobys breakfast blend dan panama gesha. Teh nya lumayan walaupun agak mahal. Kopinya tidak enak, overextract, tidak seperti minum gesha. Paling parah makanan steak keluar setelah 15 menit. Rasa tidak semewah namanya. Saus agak overcooked sehingga agak pahit. Setelah 30 menit, saya tanya status order 2 makanan lain ternyata mac n cheese belum masuk. Padahal untuk anak saya. 15 menit kemudian ayam keluar. Rasa juga tidak istimewa, bahkan ada bagian yang kurang matang. Skin crust ok. Gravy terlalu encer. Mash nya kasar. Setelah 1 jam akhirnya keluar mac n cheese nya. Kematangan pasta pas. Keju dan bumbu nothing special. Chicken stripnya ok dan crunchy. Saus mayonya mending jangan buat cocolan, dingin no flavor cuma asam.
Service seperti liat2 orang kalo kaya orang kaya ramah tapi kalo kaya biasa aja seperti seadanya saja dan cenderung acuh (apa karena saya cuma pakai batik pendek dan jeans sama sendal)
Tidak seperti yang teman2 bilang di Ausie servis dan kopi nya mantap. Tapi di sini hanya menang di interior saja.
Butuh banyak perbaikan dari sisi servis, bar dan kitchen. Sementara tidak akan balik ke sini.

This is one of my favorite place to hangout on weekends, their coffee is great & I love the cozy upbeat ambience here though the place is usually packed during weekends. All the staffs is very friendly & provides informative explanation about the menu.

Besides coffee as their specialty, they also serve full course of food, from salad & soup, light bites, pasta, main course both western & asian fusion, and dessert. You’ll definitely find something that will pamper your palate here

Some of my recommendations here:
- Truffle Parmesan Fries: an addictive light bites which will keep you munching! Love the salty parmesan topping & fragrant truffle oil
- Wagyu Beef Donburi: this Japanese fusion is a great choice for lunch, the slow cooked wagyu taste so good as it melts in your mouth. Very fulfilling portion!
- Sirloin Steak Fried Rice: with the juicy sirloin they’re taking the fried rice into the next level the rice portion is very big, I think it’s suitable for sharing.
- Avocado Coffee: a marvelous blend of avocado with dark chocolate mousse, vanilla ice cream & espresso! Definitely a must-try! This would really make a good dessert to end your meal, especially as the taste is more on the sweet sides (I opted for no syrup yet it still came out sweet overall)
- Chai Latte: a refreshing blend of tea, spices & milk in one cup, yummm ~

Overall the food is delectable & well-presented although it’s quite pricey compared to similar menu in other cafes.

Nice place to enjoy with friends, accompanied with good coffee and cookies. Quite full in weekend, especially in the afternoon. Its price were reasonable and not to expensive.

It's the place not the coffee, the quality definitely not the top but still this place was pleasurable

The Pandan French Toast was quite nice and tasty, but the coffee was lukewarm and did not taste as refreshing when quite hot.

Good coffee but just pricey. The special mod coffee machine is even more expensive but taste the same

The food presentation is good, the ambience is nice, the taste didn't really meet the expectation, though. It feels like there's something missing for each dish and drink I had there. I can't really explain, maybe I just ordered the wrong menu. Still worth the try and coming back, though.

Tempat kopi manual yang asik. Tersedia beberapa macam coffee beans dengan seduh manual V60.
Baristanya asik diajak ngobrol tentang dunia perkopian. Bisa beli beans-nya juga.
Mau duduk di depan barista OK atau mau duduk seberangan dengan barista OK. Cukup ramai, karena coffee shop ini cocok buat nongkrong santai di tengah keramaian pengunjung PIK Avenue.
Silahkan dicobaaa.

Sori kalau saya harus kasih nilai buruk utk tempat ini. Saat kami beranjak pulang kam 20: 30 an, tgl 4 Sept, kami melihat seorg anak muda sedang menghisap rokok di dalam ruangan AC ditemani laptonya. Teman kami dari Hong Kong langsung menegur pegawai laki dan perempuan dan ada security Tobby’s mendengarkan bahwa seharusnya di ruangan ber-AC DILARANG MEROKOK. Sayang sekali, pegawainya menyahut, setelah jam 8 malam, tamu diijinkan merokok. Kagetlah kami. Apakah benar peraturan ini berlaku di Toby’s Melbourne?
Sedangkan kami melihat di luar ruangan sudah jelas, ada stiker bertuliskan DILARANG MEROKOK di tiang2 dekat pemeriksaan pintu masuk PIK Avenue.
Hal ini sangat menyalahi aturan, apalg dilihat oleh teman kami yg datang dari luar.
Meskipun kopi V-60 Myanmar-nya ok, tapi maaf kami tidak akan kembali lagi ke sana, karena asap rokok yg mengganggu. Masa org lain yg merokok, kami org umum harus menghirup udara nya mereka yg merokok, apalagi di dalam ruangan AC.

Quite tasty. After being entertained with local food for 5 days, I feel blessed with some western food. Good coffee. Good carrot cake. Good chocolate cake. Most of all, English is working

Coffee taste is good.better than popular coffee SB. Food is good. Overall price is above average but not too expensive.

Decent coffee, very goood sticky toffee pudding, and cool ambiance. Service was also top notch. Definitely worth the trip to PIK Avenue!

Great taste for all menu. Starter, main course, dessert and beverages. Good ambience. Very nice staff. Worth the price. Most of time you should wait to get your table. But still reasonable waiting time.
