Nice hotel located in Jakarta that offers an incredible 360 views over the capital of Indonesia

The staff is very friendly and professional

A lot of restaurants and bars are available inside the hotel.

I had great time stayed @ Westin Hotel for our event. The Artists also loved to stayed here.
Room are clean and cozy. The staff also nice and kind.
All of their food tasted good.

The location of this Hotel is in the mid of the city, so it would be easier for u to go anywhere. View at nite would amazed u!

Booked a room via their internal booking system, the Marriott Bonvoy for almost a month before my arrival. Stated my preferred room position on the booking. I thought this should make the check-in process to be as smooth as possible. Voila! On my arrival day, I got the room at 4.30 PM which means I have to delightfully wait around 1.5 hours. Compensation? A slice of cheesecake and a late check-out which practically not very useful since I have planned my timetable DAYS before.

Our room was upgraded by hotel staff and the views are stunning. Loved this place, staff is very professional and luxury hotel

Hotel berbintang yang ada di dalam Gama Tower, Jalan Rasuna Said.
Sangat berkelas sehingga sangat cocok untuk dibuat menginap saat ada keperluan bisnis, atau untuk liburan yang mengutamakan kemewahan.

Menginap di lantai 61 dan 62 viewnya bagus sekali karena melihat jakarta dari ats, fasilitas lengkap, untuk makanan juga mewah dan enak.

Kalo bisa 0 bintang saya akan kasih 0. Sudah booking jauh jauh hari untuk nginep disini dengan keluarga dan minta kamar connecting. Sudah booking dan dibilangnya ada, tapi pas dateng ternyata kamar kita dipindah jadi ga barengan.

Dari beberapa hotel bintang 5 di Jakarta, sudah cukup baik. Meskipun masih ada beberapa hal yg kurang untuk ukuran hotel bintang 5.apalagi untuk kita traveler dg anak usia sekolah dasar.

Rate ini for buffet at wedding party yaa.jdi ini exclude resto untuk makanan ala carte maupun hotelnya sendiri.makan di hotel bintang 5 pasti agak high expectation sedikit yaa.tp ternyata makanannya ga seenak itu. So sorry to say.msih banyak makanan kondangan di hotel bintang 4 yg event lebih enaakk.so sorry westin.

Had a family dinner at Seasonal Taste. Food variation is huge, tastes standard.
Waiters and kitchen staff, man and women, are nice and helpfull.
But this restaurant need more safety rules for guests. At the same time we had dinner, there was a big group having a b'day party, they were way too loud, screaming and howling, popped beer and wine, and totally lost their manner. Some of them were really drunk and bumped senior guests on the way to/from toilet.

I noticed some hotel staff were concerned about this, but no action were taken. Please be more cautious about this, other guests (especially seniors and children) were intimidated by those people.

One of the highest building in Indonesia (at the moment) actually I was there for dinner at Henshin (the highest) rooftop bar in Indonesia (at the momen). How I'm gonna say it but, you pay for great food, great services & great ambience. Its worth to try

The restaurant itself, the view and deco are very well thought of (well done!), which also creates the ambiance along with the superior quality of the service.

The set menus allow to discover different savor and enjoy a foodie experience, but it all comes down to the price tag. Food wasn't that great considering the price.

Hotel mewah Yang Berada di Kawasan Central Business Distric Sebuah Gedung yg menjulang Tinggi Dan Terdiri dari 70 lantai di area Lantai 50 kebawah adalah Untuk Space Office, lantai 50 Ke lantai 60 adalah Hotelnya dan lantai 68 Lounge and Bar serta lantai 69 untuk Restaurat dengan View Yang Cantik bisa lihat Sekeliling Jakarta yang Indah diiringi music dan Saxafone ingin cari Yang berbeda dan Suasana yang Lain Saran saya Wajib di Coba dan buktikan

Had lunch at Seasonal Taste. For an international management, main course comes before we finished our starter and came back again few minutes later even though our starter almost but not yet finished. Is like push the food out so they can go back home. My wife noodle had a little insects. Come on is this a shot hotel or what?
My suggestion check your wonton noodle if someone wants to order this dish. As for the hotel please give more training.

Demen banget ngeliatin gedung-gedung dan mobil kecil-kecil dari lantai 51 ini.

Makanan di seasonal taste mantap. Komplit, mulai dari salad, sushi, traditional, pizza, steak, baso, dimsum, Indian, dessert, buah, eskrim, kue, wuah semuanya dah komplit. Rasanya juga enak semua.

Pelayanan juga menurut saya mantap. Semua ramah. Refill air ga harus minta dulu. Piring kotor sigap diberesin.

Pertama kali makan malam buffet di Seasonal Tastes beberapa bulan yang lalu. Pelayanan nya bagus, banyak menu yang disediakan berbeda dengan restoran hotel berbintang lain. Lokasi nya berada di lantai 51 hotel Westin Jakarta.

Comfortable hotel in one of the tallest building in Jakarta, room is great, food is ok, indoor swimming pool is my favourite for sure. Nice restaurant Seasonal Taste on 51st floor. Lobby hotel is on 52th Floor, The highest room is on 69th floor.

The Westin is amazing as expected. Hospitality was great, the breakfast buffet spread and dinner at the sky restaurant was amazing. Rooms were clean, spacious and came with a pensive view over the city. The gym and pool is great too! Really takes away the pain of the Jakarta traffic - I didn’t want to leave!

Currently staying at the Westin at the time of this post. Room quality excellent but would be better if Internet works and staff can answer the phone. Been trying to call all lines at the hotel and it has been busy the whole past hour. Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. I expected better.
