The Mayflower, Jakarta - Marriott Executive Apartments

I spent two days in the hotel and it was very beautiful. The hotel is very luxurious and their customer service is excellent and they were the best employees I have ever dealt with, Albert and Reigina, but there was a problem with the hotel, which is that there are very few places to sit and relax.

It was a beautiful stay that started with our warm reception and welcome until the time of our departure. The apartment is large enough and meets our needs. The dining hall is small and the breakfast options were limited, but good. I thank all staff for their smiles and quick response.

Nice clean, spacious rooms with good amenities. Breakfast is a little repetitive with not much choice. Also, bar prices are extortiant, for a bar that is really is not a bar and has no atmosphere.

Staying for 2 nights in this 2 bedrooms service apartments, such a pleasant stay from walk in to walk out, the hospitality was so great, especially Mr. Hizkia as the duty manager, welcome me and my kids with upgrade room, complimentary bfast and always serve his best. Thank you for the lovely experience marriott mayflower. Will definetely return.

Everyone is very kind, every staff is always smiling at you. Service is the best I've ever experienced in the past month in SEA area.
Window view is wonderful, and location is excellent.

Great hospitality by the staff. There was an odd odour the first day we entered the 29th floor and room assuming it might have come from the ventilation or Aircon vents. But the staff and top management had taken point on the technical issue and made sure we still enjoyed our stay and added a complimentary lunch meal for four. Thank you management!

The building itself is a bit old but the rooms are amazingly spacious and comfortable. With amazing view to Bundaran HI. It included a washer, dishwasher, hot water to wash dishes manually, iron and ironing board, large refrigerator and complete cooking utensils.

Food wasn't the best of 5 stars but was well served and tasted delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff at the resto.

Walking distance to MRT and Bus stops. Must try RR Chocolate nearby. Taxis, Grab and Gojek have easy access to lobby from Indofood building. You can also walk to my your destination as the streets are quite safe up to 9pm.

The quiet indoor pool and jacuzzi open to 10pm was the best to enjoy here with a very nice view of the busy city.

We spent our quarantine week here. Food was excellent and the staff provided friendly service in difficult times. Definitely recommended.

Very spacious apartment and well managed and maintained. Limited breakfast choices though. Good service.

We stayed here for quarantine in Nov'21 and couldn't be happier.perfect place esp when you're travelling with a baby. It was actually a very nice way to decompress after 5 weeks holiday and 14hr flight cause everything we need were taken care of very well. I was not a big fan of their coffee though, but no biggie:) and the food were nice too, and A LOT! The main course, snacks, fruits, yoghurt, coffee, omg. We always have leftovers in our fridge everyday lol. Thank you Mayflower!

I haven’t quite checked out yet so can’t say about any unexpected charges from previous reviews, but what I can say is the hotel has been very gracious about reducing the cost due to quarantine days dropping from 7 to 5 upon my arrival (really 3 full). I think their price is fair. I Arrived late first day, then 3 full, then check out fifth morning am. Food was way better than expected, and most people complain about quarantine food but I thought it was great. Hotel staff was over the top accommodating. Laundry service was great, spacial layout is huge. Honestly I had to do work and the quarantine went by so fast. I easily recommend this hotel, 5 stars to anyone. Unsure of the amenities because I’ve been quarantined but the hotel is great. Stay here and you won’t regret it. I’ve heard horror stories from other 4 and 5 star quarantine hotels but this has been great.

We did 10 days quarantine at the Mayflower Jakarta. The room is really large and comfortable, great water pressure in the shower and hot water, large and comfortable bed. WiFi works too, we could stream movies without problems. The reception staff and the helpline was also very helpful. But the walls are really, really thin - we could hear all the conversations of the people next door to us, their TV etc, and I am sure they could hear us too.

However looks like we were not the only ones who got slapped with shocking "extra charges", reading some other reviews on here. When we checked in we were told there was an additional fee that was double the price of the 10days quarantine that we had booked online, which was not displayed anywhere else prior and we had no warning about this at all. But by this point we already had arrived at the hotel and had no choice but to fork it out.

The service and food could do with some improvements, especially for a place like this. One day they forgot to send us our lunch until we called reception about it, 2hrs after the supposed time. Room service took 1.5hrs to arrive, and they forgot to bring our ordered beverages as well. Once they brought us completely the wrong order (which we could not eat and then had to order room service again at extra charge). Several times the salad served in the quarantine menu seemed to be made with old vegetables and tasted mouldy.

Bagus sangat nyaman, harganya juga sangat terjangkau di kantung hanya 200ribu/Night, dapat sarapan, bersih lagi tempatnya, cocokdeh buat staycation.ada kolam anak dan playground juga

I had to quarantine self and wife for 7 days. Choosing Mayflower Apartment compare to Hotel room turned out to be an excellent choice. Spacious, complete with all amenities including kitchenette, openable Window and best of Services. Highly recommend for family quarantine
