Suasananya Mahal istimewa berkelas dengan iringan dan hentakan Musik yang menggugah selera dan semangat. Setidaknya itu yang terdengar oleh saya dari luar Pub ketika melewati Pub The Jaya.

I've been in Jakarta for a week, i tried a lot of bar. And gosh! I've never felt more like home than in Jaya! Waiters and bartender are friendly, you got some gig every evening, the deco make you feel like an old pub that you can find in Europe! If you're in Jakarta you MUST go to Jaya to feel this friendly ambiance!

I know the Jaya Pub from way back in the 89s of last century. I was close friends with Rima Melati and Frans Tumbuan, the owners. I heard of the recent passing of my friend Rima and would like to express my condolences.

The Jaya Pub and La Bodega made me feel at home. We used to have crazy parties there back in the day. Their owners and their staff made me feel like family. Please please please keep these two treasures the way they are. Perhaps I will come in a year or two to visit, after 36 years of absence.

Padahal dulu. Sering banget ke tempat ini dan sampe sekarang masih brharap ttp buka. Terus klo misalkan belum buka karna pademi. Baik nya di kasih tau supaya tidak ada orang yg kecewa. Sudah juauh jauh. Eh tutup

Saya jalan ke Jaya Pub malam Minggu tapi pub tutup. Orangnya kerja di pintu parkir bilang kepada saya Jaya Pub tutup sampai tahun depan. Siapa ada informasi? Jaya hidup lagi?

Kangen juga ke Jaya pub, semoga lekas buka lagi.

I was in the 90ies and the 20ies very often and long in Jakarta. And Friday and Saturday evening always in Jaya pub. I know the singer felix, I have heard. KR klaus

The oldest pub in Jakarta. This place has seen things! Wooden, smelling of cigarette smoke, old pictures hanging on the walls. The experience is nothing short of fantastic. The more you come to this place, the more you learn about the place and the legend it is.

Everything things here from the furniture to the patrons to the bartenders, everyone and everything has an interesting story. Come here after 9pm, the bands are brilliant, every day sees a new band and a different genre.

Band goes on one after another after each other's break which is simply great. No lull for da crowd to nod off. Furniture are torn n whole place run down. Even the wall panels are peeling off. Band is great, beer is normal not cheap simply normal.

What else can I say? The oldest and for me personally, the best pub in Jakarta.
Awesome vibe, great crowd, the unique "honking" experience, and the live music is also very good. I rarely go to a pub or bar for the music, but Jaya Pub nails it.

A cozy dive bar with a good atmosphere and nice live music plus good service. But it is very overpriced and there really is no affordable drink options. Seriously 70k for a small beer or 50k for a can of coke? These prices just don't match the environment! I enjoyed this place but these prices are insane and they only have a happy hour on Monday + Tuesday.

Rustic, a really old place. We came at quiet time (2 days after Lebaran) for dinner. I could imagine this place would be crowded, filled with cigarette smoke and loud in normal time, the usual pub atmosphere. Food price is on par with similar pub. Not cheap but still reasonable. Food was as expected. No complaint.

If you love disco.love live music and drunk.this is the perfect place.might get crowded during weekend.

One of the oldest pub in Jakarta, the place is mesmerizing and provides 80s vibes. The wall is nicely done with awesome paintings and quirky quotes.

After 14years living in Jakarta, I visited this pub last weekend in the end. As I know, the oldest pub in Jakarta as same old with me since 1976.
There are many old expats with Indonesian girls and seems like very popular place due to so many people. Music was so old to me like 1970’s. Anyway this pub has own its history and it deserve to visit here, but I prefer in Kemang’s when I want to enjoy live music.
