What could be improved is the readiness of the room; things like microphones overwhelm one another in different rooms, and the projector needs improvement.

What's good is the food options and taste, both during lunch and the coffee breaks.

Old indië dutch building being mixed with neo classical architecture.luxurious yet you feel like step into an old house.the rooftop was amazing, it wasn't so spacious but you still got the vibe.

Makannya lengkap dan enak mulai dari sushi, makanan india, barat, kambing guling dsb.

The room was super comfortable, the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful.
Would definitely come to stay again in the future. Sad that I only stayed one night.
The pool and gym were deserted so it felt like I own it all to myself! What a good day that I had!

Hotel dengan susasana klasik, bersih dan pelayanannya bagus. Makanan yang disajikan disini luar biasa enaknya, karena diolah oleh chef yang handal. Resorantnya sangat cocok untuk menjamu rekan dan relasi bisnis atau teman penting lainnya

Makanan hotel ini istimewa. Akses sangat mudah dan terjangkau dengan jalan kaki dari stasiun Cikini.

Hotel bintang 5 dengan konsep bangunan kolonial nan mewah, lokasi dekat dengan stasiun Cikini. Makanannya variatif dan enak.

Simple, elegant, affordable wedding place. Strategically placed but quite spot. An oasis in the hectic Jakarta.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff was helpful in activity planning. Location is not the best; there isn't much to do in the immediate area surrounding the hotel.

Totally a worth it place to stay. Very nice services. The concept of the building was classic elegant, with the help of the building's history that made you feel like being in the good ol' european building. Good location, in the heart of central jakarta.but the hotel didnt located exactly on the crowded road so it was so relaxing.
The room arrangement was excellent. The city landscape from the rooftop bar was undeniably beautiful in the night. Swimming pool and gym were located on the highest level of the hotel made it so private and not to mention, good equipments. For the breakfast, they seemed to prefer the european cuisines, but with a little local choices like porridge and snacks.
But for a 5 star hotel i hope the hermitage will completing the facilities like public hot tub or jacuzzi and sauna.

Lokasinya di pusat kota Jakarta Pusat, berarti benar-benar di tengah kota. Saya suka hotel ini karena ambient nya bagus, lokasinya strategis, menyediakan ruang pertemuan yang baik. Recomended Place to Stay and make a meeting

Kamarnya unik, lumayan lega, kesan tinggal di rumah cantik zaman baheula namun modern. 1 kamar terbagi 4 ruangan yaitu ruang duduk dilengkapi dengan sofa, meja kerja mungil, TV lebar, coffee maker, ruang tidur dengan 2 lemari, TV lebar, ruang Mandi shower lengkap, WC, meja toilet, ruang Bathtub.masing2 ruangan dibatasi dengan pintu dan gorden cantik.

Love the design of this hotel, that combine heritage and modern design.
The interior look very luxury. The room is small but the design is convenient. The taste of the foods and beverages is excellent. Best cocktail you must try is the irish coffee, it will deliver a great taste to you.

Unique hotel but the parking is limited. Friendly staffs, feels so homey. The interiors are fascinating.
