27Having dinner here with colleagues. The meal selection is great, they have fresh seafood, roasted meat station, japanese, indonesian, indian, italian, chinese food. And there are also live cooking station for pasta, noodle, and salmon. What makes it not perfect is at that time their fresh seafood is not so fresh and some nuts for ice cream topping is sluggish.
I am a reguler local and IHG member that enjoys breakfast buffet here. Its a good place to go with friends when u dont know what to eat but still wants to get sth of good taste and quality.
Three star here because this morning came there with friends that came from far. 3 of us arrive at 9am which is quite late for breakfast and the place seems to be not crowded at all. We were rejected with the reason there are still many hotel guest but there is NO LINE in front and there are still some empty seats inside. Perhaps it is reserved for hotel guest but having said that, the front desk staff unusuallt does not talk in a friendly manner or should i say a bit rude while we are asking politely. This unfriendly gesture never happens in the past. I mean surely we pay and not asking donation, a little smile while rejecting your regular will not cost you any money. Sadly i think this experience make me reluctant to visit this place again.
New place for me, and a very nice atmosphere. The seating is good and compliant with covid distance. The food is ok, there are lots of choices. Service is ok but can be improved.

Sslmon rebus nya enak. Apple sorbet n matchanya jg menarik. Cheese station byk pilihan dbanding hotel lain.
Tempatnya bagus dan eksklusif, makanan juga enak. Sayang sekali variannya lebih sedikit dibanding restoran buffet hotel bintang 5 lainnya. Cukup berekspektasi tinggi karena nama besar Intercontinental, namun jadi sedikit kecewa. Tempatnya juga tidak terlalu luas. Namun pelayanannya baik, staff cepat membersihkan piring kotor dan refill mineral water.
Needs a non-sweetened Muesli option. A container with simple oats would do. Sweet Muesli and cereal may be good for kids. Adults eat Muesli for health reasons, which requires a sugar-free option.
