Banyak pilihan menu, kalau awam dibantu rekomendasi juga. Untuk isian beef nya enak, kakau pake cheese meskipun udah double beljn kerasa banget mau yg moza atau cheddar. Rotinya juga banyak pilihan, lumayan enak, pelayanan cepat kalau lagi ga rush hour

Basically they sell sandwiches. But you can choose the filling and the spread yourself; they have many choices. I'd consider it as a place you can find healthy food: you can also ask for extra vegetables or simply vegetarian. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

The novelty of new things in town has not worn off. Should have better queue system, advising patrons on choices, so when they are at the counter, immediately can order and move faster

Jaman pertama kali buka, rela antri banget.
Sekarang kayanya udah banyak cabangnya yaa.
My choice are Italian BMT, Steak N Cheese and Tuna Mayo with Honey Oat Bread.
Don’t forget their cookies. Semuanya enak, aku sih cocok dan suka sama texture dan rasa cookies nya.

Penasaran sama menu barunya roast beef sama steak jalapeno sih. Ntar mampir coba ah.

Sering antri karena proses pemesanannya cukup memakan waktu ditambah lagi pandemi yg membatasi jumlah pengunjung.

Sebenarnya jumlah pelayan yg ditempatkan menurutku terlalu banyak, sehingga membuat mereka bingung sendiri.
Saat handover dari pelayan 1 ke pelayan 2, dst selalu tanya ke customer pesanannya yg apa. Pas di depan kasir saja mereka tidak tahu pesanan saya apa, harus customer yg jelasin lagi.bisa salah charge harga lho! Mungkin flow/training nya bisa diimprove lagi.

If u ever had Subway in other countries, u'll surely get the difference in taste and the way they get ur order. I have never seen in those countries which I had Subway to stand in a ling line to get ur Sub. The taste was not bad not very from from Quiznos. The cookies are perfect.

Pelayanannya lama, pdhal karyawannya lumayan byk & agak sedikit membingungkan urutan pesanan yg kita pesan dgn yg pesan melalui online. Sehingga pesanan kemungkinan bs salah/tertukar.

Buying this cause craving this food for so long. The taste just like a reguler sandwich. Variety of sauce. Nice taste for the cookies, i like the texture of it. Friendly store staff.

Kurang worth kl dibeli pas antri heboh.

Well, rasanya a bit beda dg yg di luar negeri.
Mungkin krn yg disini halal yaaa.

Antri teratur, daftar lalu dapat nomor antrian, duduk disiapkan tempat menunggu. Menu bermacam, bisa pilih roti sayur dan saus sendiri. Porsi kenyang dan enak

After 1 hour wait, get called, and still need to queue inside.at least a proper aircon this time. No proper queue system only a piece of paper for both dine in and take away.

Sandwich nya b aja, nothing special since it was new it was crowded. The wait is more than 1 hour for around 7 people. Price it's cheaper than the most sandwich shop I know. There are 4 staff for making the sandwich and still have to wait for an hour. Planned your day if you want to go here

The queue is very long and currently (Dec 2021) maximum purchase per person is 3 sandwiches. The crew itself works really slow thus making the queue and waiting time very long. Not sure if the waiting time and queue is worth compare to the taste.

When I arrived the line was 20 people long. After 50 minutes had passed, the line was still 10 people long. Taking 5 minutes to serve one customer is not okay. Slowest "Fast Food" experience of my life. And they had 10 people working behind the counter. They need to be trained to work faster. In the end I gave up and got Wing Stop instead. Don't waste your time.

Salut banget sama seluruh staff Subway Setiabudi One, mereka mengatur semuanya dengan amat sangat baik, teratur dan tentunya sesuai protokol kesehatan yang berlaku. Nggak sia sia antri 3 jam demi makan Subway hihii

Order Italian BMT, Italian Spicy dan Cheese & Stick dan semuanya uenak pol! Buat yang mau sharing sama teman atau keluarga bisa order rotinya yang foot long tapi tersedia juga yang six inch. Wajib coba!

Harus diakui rasanya sama enak kayak di luar negeri. Rotinya fresh & empuk. Pelayanan bisa lebih ditingkatkan Karena tidak secepat yg lain. Lebih banyak ngbrol saat melayani.

However, portionnya saya rasa melebihi dari apa yg dibayar. Jumlah topping lebih banyak 20% dari biasanya beli di luar haha.

Bakal balik lagi kesini kalau sudah tidak terlalu antri.

I had an amazing experience here at the Setiabudi One outlet. Though there was a long queue and a long wait time, the people managed it well. They were patient in explaining the system, giving out numbers and explaining everything else that was required.

Being a vegetarian I was skeptical about the hygiene, but Mel my sandwich expert was so kind considerate. When I told her I was a vegetarian she said I’ll handle your order. She washed her hands, changed her gloves and even told her peers that they can manage the other customers.
Absolutely in awe with so much care taken towards my needs.

Tempat nya bersih, pelayanan lumayan cepat dan super ramah, antrian tetap ada dan teratur

Sejak pertama kali buka sampai waktu kedatangan saya, resto ini belum pernah sepi dan penuh dengan antrian, jadi disarankan agar datang 15 menit sebelum buka sekitar pukul 08.45 dan langsung duduk antri, pada saat buka langsung meminta nomer urut antrian kepada staff resto, alhasil waktu antri jadi lebih singkat, selamat mencoba ya

The latest addition of Subway at the end of 2021 on the lower ground floor of Setiabudi One complex. At the moment it only accept queuing list from online takeaway order. Opens from 9am and it has queuing chairs outside the premise. You order with paper menu and wait for your menu prepared. A little bit of a hassle at the moment to reduce crowd gathering as it just been opened. Taste wise is okay but bread options are very limited only 3 available. Hopefully it will grow like their overseas stores to carry more options.
